The apartment is within easy reach to many bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The Benalmadena marina is also a walk/taxi/bus ride away with it's multitude of restaurants and bars overlooking the marina.

The property is part of a complex and is within a small block with access via a lift or stairs which serves 6 other apartments. It is furnished to a very high standard with marble flooring and air conditioning throughout. There is a private garage and additional parking. The complex is in private grounds with a security gate and a video phone access system. There are 2 pools (1 main & 1 children), the pool area is nicely positioned in the middle of the complex surrounded by the apartments gardens, around the pool is grassed with fixed parasols for guest use.

The apartment is within easy reach to many bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The Benalmadena marina is also a walk/taxi/bus ride away with it's multitude of restaurants and bars overlooking the marina. The apartment is perfectly positioned within 100m of the beach/sea and 2 km from Torrequabrada golf course and many other courses in the region.

Very enjoyable stay

This condo was everything I had hoped it would be. Clean, comfortable, and beach access directly across the street. It was just a few minute walk to get to the beach. Also, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. I did not have a car the entire month of my stay and did not miss it!

Lovely spacious & clean apartment close to everything you need without the need of a car and any hustle!. Many supermarkets, friendly restaurants, bars & the beach all a very short walking distance away. Also excellent, cheap bus and train services to visit the Costa De Sol. We had a great relaxing family holiday here in September 2011. Highly recommend. Excellent service, attention to detail and flexibility on departure received. Thank you for your apartment in a great location.

Great apartment perfect for families with children

The apartment is in an excellent location beside the beach, supermarket and an excellent Bodega for food and wine. The apartment has everything you need for children, including travel cots, plastic cutlery, baby chair etc. Apartment is spacious and allows for quiet time. The 2 floors means it´s possible to work from there if required. There is a view over the pool area which has a lifeguard.

We will definitely go back to this apartment if we return to the Malaga area.

This is a Fantastic apartment with great Location/Views/Facilities/Amenities all on your doorstep. 30 seconds form the Beach, Supermarket even closer. Loads to do, Bus Service runs along the main road if you dont have a car(You dont need as you can walk from the apartment all the way to the airport along the Beach if you want).Apartment has 2 Balconies and the Master Bedroom is ensuite and away from the main living areas. All the local restaurants are good and priced reasonably priced.

Grab yourself a super apartment for all ages and great with Kids too whatever age *****
