Peter Purchased this property in 2002 and lived in one of the apartments and rented out the others, slowly restoring all the property.
In 2013 Peter married Sarah and the next year they had their first baby, Piper and quickly were outgrowing their place. With baby #2, Riley, they have moved out of their place and are now happy to have it as a place for guests to stay.

This is a great neighborhood to be in and a very comfortable apartment. You will be in walking distance of great food and amenities, as well as wonderful historic neighborhoods and parks.

My husband and I stayed at this Spokane apartment for two days. We liked the convenient location, with its nearby coffee house and restaurants. I have three suggestions for improvement: (1) Ensure that the designated parking spot is open when guests arrive. There was a car parked in the parking spot, and we had to call the apartment owner to find a temporary alternative spot. (2) The furniture is old, mismatched and careworn. For $84/night, I wasn't expecting the Ritz. However, the furniture looked like garage sale specials. There was only one night stand next to the bed, with a reading lamp. On the other side of the bed was a HUGE, portable air conditioner/heater that took up a good one-third of the room. I suggest either replacing the air conditioner/heater with a smaller one or install one in the window. (3) The shower tile was moldy and needed a good cleaning. Also, there was a small amount of liquid bath soap and a used bar of soap in the shower. The next time, make sure there's an ample amount of liquid bath soap and throw away the used bar of soap (very unsanitary). On a positive note, we enjoyed watching TV and the good variety of DVDs. We were very disappointed that when we arrived at 3 o'clock on August 23 there was no one to greet us and we had not received an email regarding directions or the code to the door. It took an hour for the owner to respond to my call and text. The place was clean but furniture was not comfortable. TV reception was poor. Only five or six channels available via antenna.
The apartment was even nicer than the original photos posted. Everything we could possibly have needed with the exception of groceries was there: towels, bedding, shampoo, body wash, hair dryer, pots, pans, plates, etc. Pete and Sarah even provided coffee, some basic spices, and a bottle of wine. We really enjoyed staying there and would recommend it for a couple or a small family.

You could advertise the several eating places across the street.
Clean and logically organized, with most of the kitchen tools we needed.

The veneer strip on the little end table in the living room is coming off.
What we always want/need is more horizontal space and hooks.

Outdoor table and sitting space would be appreciated.
You should label the #1 parking space, twice there was another car there.
