2 Bedroom/1 Bath Upstairs Suite 3 minutes to Downtown Hot Springs! Sleeps 4

We want your stay to feel like you stayed somewhere special so here is what we did. Post lamps and cobblestone brickwork mark each side of the driveway as you drive up to the entry gate, looking straight ahead is an old streetlight we refurbished to tie everything together. Type in your code and gain access to the private concrete parking in the rear of two 30's era two story homes. Walk around to the front door and you will notice the plants hanging from the the second story veranda among other places. You don't need a key, type in the key-code again and unlock the door. The monitored security alarm is there for your peace of mind while you are staying. If you noticed the video cameras as you were walking by them, they just sent me an email letting me know you have arrived. This suite is around 1000 square feet with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, townhouse style. It has been completely remodeled throughout, maintaining the charm of its era including that veranda you noticed stretching across the entire front of the house. You will see the hardwood floors and the staircase leading up. As you ascend, it will begin opening up into the living area giving you that feeling of being in a loft apartment. The windows are tall, covered by 2" blinds for you privacy, and surrounded by mahogany stained trim. The living room is small, but laid out well. There is a comfy leather sleeper sofa and recliner, a wall mounted 55" flat screen TV (w/Cable & Netflix) and a desk in the corner with some information for you. For your computer gadgets, there is Wi-Fi or you can plug in right at the desk. The Master Bedroom has the pizzazz with a tray ceiling, ornate fixture and marble fireplace and it's still big enough for king sized bed. The second bedroom is large as well and has its own charm with a queen size bed, lots of drawer space and some extra storage space for the empty luggage. The king bed is soft and the queen is firm to accommodate different preferences. The bathroom is custom tile with a curved tub for some extra room and plenty of linens. It has all the appliances you would find at home – side by side refrigerator w/ice-maker, gas range, over the range microwave, dishwasher, a washer/dryer combo, coffee maker, a cappuccino machine and even a panini grill.

If you would rather be outdoors, you could sit on the veranda, turn on the ceiling fan, enjoy the fresh air while sipping your favorite beverage. In the back there is another sitting area under the canopy of the tall trees where you can do some grilling on the big 5-burner gas grill and be sure to take note of the butterfly garden we just started.

We also keep a few people handy for those unforeseen issues you might encounter, they are just a few blocks away to keep your stay as pleasant as possible.

It was once an office, bought the building next door as well. The buildings were rentals since I moved the office. Over the years I decided on remodling the buildings. As we began remodeling it morphed into a complex with 4 apartments and a concrete parking lot.

A Must See and Stay, Safe and Cozy, Great for a family of 5

This has been a well needed rest. This apt is very well decorated and remodeled. You can feel the concept of a home away from home. Mr. Nolen was so kind and helpful. We felt safe at all times. Everything was set up so nice and efficient for use. The notebook provided for the stay always came in handy. We usually stay on the lake, but this is truly one of our next best locations near the downtown area. Thank you for making our family stay a blissful experience. We will be back

Great Value in Hot Springs

Have stayed here multiple times now. Close to downtown restaurants, bars, and bathhouses. We often walked to avoid the hassle of parking on Central. It is about a mile to the entertainment strip and National Park. .There is a great coffee house just around the corner. Place is clean, neat, and well appointed. Made use of kitchen and laundry. For the same or less than a 4 star hotel room you get a lot more.

Wonderful place to stay

A great place to stay. The apartment is remodeled beautifully and is in a great location for downtown hot springs. The property manager Nolan was very helpful and friendly and definitely a true craftsman. My wife and I will be staying again next time we're in town.

Loved it!

We won't stay in a hotel again. We got this place because we had our adult children with us and wanted to be near downtown. This place was perfect! It was wrll stocked and well taken care of, we weren't ready to leave!

Just Like Home!

I wanted to get away from HOME so I took my family to a home away from home. It was great and the home was just what we needed and wanted. We relaxed and watched tv. We had everything we needed except a pair of scissors! The beds were great, the place was nice and clean. I had many questions before coming and Nolan answered every time I emailed him. We met Andre and he was very nice. We are looking for a place with 4 or 5 bedrooms and I sure hope they can get us in one of theirs. I washed, cooked, relaxed just like home but it was far better. My daughter is the critic in the family but when we returned HOME TO TEXAS, she send me a text thanking me for the trip. So I know it was a great place to stay. We will all be back real soon. This is my home away from home in Hot Springs! Thanks guys for a beautiful experience!!😎😴

The Park Avenue Historical district is just 3 minutes to Downtown Hot Springs National Park & Bath House Row with Shopping, Live Theater, Magic Shows, Wax Museum, & Fine Dining.
