The location is great! Across the street from the beach in Bradley Beach is very family friendly town. Plus it's walking distance to Ocean Grove, Avon-By-The-Sea and Asbury Park. Plus the benefit of off the street parking.
What makes this property unique
The property is very well maintained. We put in a significant investment in renovations when we purchased the property and we reinvest well over 10% of our revenues each year.
