Large 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Apartment to sleep 4 in Central Roquetas

First floor apartment situated in central Roquetas De mar just a few metres from the beach, on a complex with communal swimming pool and green areas. Close to all amenities shops & supermarkets, banks, pharmacy & doctors, bars & restaurants. Fully fitted kitchen (oven, hob,fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine etc) satellite TV, DVD & CD player. Free Wi-Fi. Airconditioning (hot & cold) ceiling fans. We can arrange transfers to and from the airport.

This spacious apartment(82.7sq.m) has 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge, dining room, fully-fitted kitchen, large terrace(40sq.m) with sun loungers, parasols, CD/Radio player, satelitte TV. The Terrace gets the sun all year round.

This fully furnished apartment is only 50m from the beach. The harbour is nearby for local seafood/fish restaurants.

Near shops & Supermarkets, bank, bars & restaurants, also there is a water park, aquarium and golf course within the resort. There are bikers for hire as well as 3/4 and 5 seater family bikers or you can take a tour of Roquetas on a land train.

Roquetas is still a very Spanish town, it has a very good and large beach perfect for swimming and water sports.

How to get there Ryanair fly from Stansted, Easyjet from Gatwick, Monarch & Thomas Cook from Manchester & Birmingham.

To get to the apartment you can fly into Almeria, Malaga & Murcia.

Perfect

Everything you could possibly want in a large comfortable home. Enormous balcony where you can just relax and soak up the sun .excellent communication from the beginning with the owner. Very pretty gardens around the complex pool looked nice and clean but didn't use it as we were extremely lucky with the weather averaging 28 degrees and reaching 39! We spent alot of time at the beach five minutes away. Lots of great bars cafes and restaurants nearby dormillon bar which is directly under the apartment was lovely the management and staff were very friendly and helpful. For a fun night out tropical karaoke bar was brilliant and very reasonable prices. New York New York excellent quality food as was flemengos but as i said absolutely loads of places to go. Would highly recommend this beautiful apartment. In great surroundings many many thanks

Spacious, well laid out,with a huge terrace having sun all day long

Having just returned from 2 weeks of laid back relaxation,we are already contemplating returning to Mr Stephen Chaplin's apartment again next year.

The apartment was exactly as described and the en-suite facilities in the 2nd bedroom was a blessing,with a grown up daughter in tow.

The grounds and outdoor pools in the complex were well looked after and spotless.

Considering the close proximity of bars and restaurants,the apartment was extremely quiet and with the beach within a short stroll,it's location within Roquetas is perfect.

Fabulous spacious apartment

We stayed at Steve's apartment for three weeks over July and August 2015. It is a great apartment, very spacious with a huge outdoor area. It really is just 50m to the beach! Lovely pool area with two large clan pools. We loved going to Antoni's tapas bar which is right below the apartment and also Dormillon café bar also below. Don't ley this put you off as there is absolutely no noise from the cafes and bars. The apartment is so close to many great bars and restaurants and also good supermercados.

We highly recommend this apartment!

This was our third stay, which speaks for itself - this time we stayed for four weeks and the apartment was comfortable, with all we needed. Handy for all bars and restaurants with a small supermarket very close and larger ones nearby. as usual, keys and info sent in plenty of time. Roll on our next stay!

20% deposit on booking, balance prior to travel. Refunds only on cancellation if we can rebook the apartment. full rental prices on application. Change over day normally Saturdays but we may be able to offer alternatives subject to availability. We also require £100.00 deposit against any damages and keys returned, which will be refunded when cleaners have checked apartment and we have the keys back. Smoking allowed outside on terrace.
