Located at the southside of the Alps, 1220 m high.

3 bedrooms, each with 2 singlebeds, each bed with its own duvet.

Each bedroom has its own wardrobe.

Retractable blinds and curtains.

View on the mountains.

2 bathrooms (of which 1 with bath), shower, wc, Velux windows.

Livingroom with 6 seats.

French doors to balcony with amazing view of the mountains!

2 balconies: 1x located north & 1x south, with loungers.

Kitchen with diningtable: stove, oven, fridge with freezing compartment, watercooker, coffee-machine, Senseo, toaster, mixer, cupboards with pots and pans, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and glasses, ironingmachine & -board + vacuum-cleaner.

Chalet complex has 6 apartments.

Washingmachine is in basement for general use of all apartments, needs to be paid.

At the entrance of the complex storageroom for ski’s & boots etc.

The apartment is situated at the beginning of the village, 5 minutes walk to centre.

Apartment is on the first floor of 3 story chalet with only 6 apartments.

Charges highseason 525,00 Euro per week, lowseason 425,00 Euro per week, inclusive gas, water & electricity.

Exclusive is:

* final cleaning (compulsory) 80 CHF to be paid in cash on arrival in the apartment to the keyholder,

* laundrycharges for towels & sheets (optional) 60 CHF, to be paid in cash on arrival in the apartment to our keyholder,

If you bring your own sheets & towels, these costs will not be charged,

* Touristtax (compulsory) 1,80 CHF (adults) & 0,80 (children) p.p.p.n. to be paid by you in Tourist-Office.

* Wifi (optional): 25 euro per week, to be paid in cash on arrival in the apartment to our keyholder,

Domestic animals: 5 CHF per animal per day.

From the apartment is is about 5 minutes walk to the local supermarket & bakery.

There is also a bank (ATM) & touristoffice

2 restaurants in the centre of Eischoll.

In the centre of Eischoll are 2 skilifts to the ski-area 2.200m altitude.

The advantage of this ski-aerea is no queuing at the skilifts and the slopes are not overcrowded.

It is very nice and quiet.

In Unterbäch (10 minutes drive) are 4 skilifts to 2.500m altitude.

This ski-aerea (1240 - 2550 m) is especially nice for beginners & advanced skiers.

There is a good variety of skiing (30% easy, 40% intermediate, 30% difficult).

There is a skischool for ski- & snowboardlessons.

One can also practice cross-country skiing.

From Xmas to Easter plenty possibility for all these wintersports.

When you want to go skiing or snowboarding, you don’t get nerved in long queues at the bottom of the lifts because there are just not tourists enough to crowd the slopes.

The chairlift starts right from the village and guarantees snow from Christmas on because of the modern snow-making methods.

The T-bar lift takes you up to 2.200m and challenges the intermediate and advanced skiers and boarders in every aspect.

There is even a laid track for cross-country skiers.

Experienced and specially trained ski-instructors could help you start with the sport or to improve your skills.

Skiing, snowboarding, walking, hiking, mountainbiking and much more in the surrounding area.

90 kms of Ski Piste, sledging runs and snow sport activities.

One can choose from 5 different villages to ski.

The area really is set up for winter sports but you don't have to worry about crowds of people.

Superb Swiss ski-instructors and ski-school for children and adults.

100's of km's of walking, hiking, biking or mountain biking.

Premarked trails and tracks with off road walking and biking available of varying difficulty.

Walks in the alps or trek through the forests and discover beautiful mountain lakes and scenery.

Eischoll offers also many walkingtours (information in the tourist-office)


There is a 9-holes golfcourse “Matterhorn”between Visp & Zermatt, about 20 kms drive & a 18-holes golfcourse in Leuk, about 30 kms drive.

From Eischoll one can make nice cartrips to Verbier, Saas-Fee, Zermatt, Milan, Lago Maggiore, Lago di Como & Aosta etc.

For mountainbikers are 60 kms mountainbike-tracks from Eischoll.

Mountainbikes can be rented from Eischoll or in Bürchen and Unterbäch.

Leukerbad is a cure-ort for swimming & curing: spa, bubblebaths, cure bath, indoor pool, sportpool, slides & relaxchairs.

Eischoll is reachable per car via Visp or Turtmann.

Or by train to Raron and from there with the cableway.

Easyjet & have direct flights (cheap) to Geneva & Basel and by rental car it is about 2 hours drive to Eischoll.

One morning we were reading the newspaper and we saw a small ad "Apartment in Switzerland for sale".

The next day we were in our car driving up to Switzerland.

It was a quick sale and we were the proud owners of a cosy apartment in the Swiss Alps.

Since then we go often to our apartment to rest, walk and, in winter, ski & snowboard.

We enjoy the nature, the tranquility and the clinging of the cowbells.

And many tenants enjoy these with us.

Apartamento muy bien equipado

Somos una familia de 5 miembros y el apartamento es muy amplio, con dos terrazas y amplias habitaciones. Está muy bien equipado con todo lo necesario. Está situado en un pequeño pueblo que es también estación de esquí. El pueblo está a escasos kilómetros de la carretera principal entre Sion y Visp; por lo que la situación debe valorarse según lo que se quiera visitar. Nosotros visitamos la zona de Zermatt, el glaciar Aletsch desde Betten y también la de Interlaken (esta última más alejada pero se puede hacer el viaje en menos de 1´30 h incluido el transbordo en tren para cruzar un tunel de unos 15 minutos)
