This cozy 2 bedroom unit located right in the heart of St. George Island, within biking/walking distance to shops, recently renovated pool, the boardwalk along the gulf, grocery/convenience stores and the iconic lighthouse. Sleeps 6: 1 King, 2 twin and a full pull out sleeper sofa.
This fully-furnished villa features 'beachy' decor, comfortable luxury bedding, 2 full baths, washer/dryer, and a well furnished full-sized kitchen. A newly renovated pool and outside grilles are also available for guests and at their disposal.
The island offers water sport rentals, bicycle rentals and path, fishing either by the bay, gulf or by charter boat, shopping, art galleries and antique shops. In nearby Apalachicola there are countless options for shopping, restaurants serving local fresh oysters, shrimp and fish, and museums to explore or take a day trip by boat to nearby St. Vincent Nature Preserve.
A perfect family or couple getaway!
Overall the place was great, it had everything that we needed. Great views of the Gulf, on our second day we watch a school of Dolphins playing 20 feet from the shoreline. Pool was great to get away from the sand.
More importantly on arrival we ran into a little glitch with the room. I did not noticed until around 9 pm. Contacted the owners via the website. The both the Manager and the Owner got back with me within 10 minutes via phone and the issue was resolved by 9:30. I feel that problems will come up; the important thing is how it is handled. In this case it could not of been handled any better; thanks you again for the quick resolution.
We had a great week at this condo! Reservations were easy and owners were easy to contact. Condo was clean and comfy! Fantastic view! Decorations were super fun. Kitchen was well equipped and nice size. Checking in and out was painless. St. George Island is beautiful. We had never been to the gulf coast before but will definitely be coming back. We rented a golf cart from Jolly Roger rentals and the kids had a blast cruising the island. Perfect family get away :) Good eats on the island. The Blue Parrot was a short walk from condo. Appalachicola also had good food and shopping too. Very pet friendly on the island and in Appalachicola.

My wife and I came down for several days with our son who is 9 years old. We loved the fact that it was a short walk to the beach, porches with ocean views, and a pool to keep the little one entertained when he was on the beach. Definitely will booking through Jeff/Quinn again.
Absolutely LOVED the condo! Was extremely unique and such a memorable experience. Close by the pool, beach front, and we had amazing weather! Great for families and anyone looking to escape day-to-day hustle and bustle.
This was perfect for my wife and me. We were beach front, were practically the only ppl on the beach, and loved the villa. Lots of character.
The condo was lovely and very clean. It was nice to be able to go out the front door,walk around to the beach. We left our beach gear in our trunk because of all the steps.
My only concern was the steps, Since it stated second floor, we assumed outside steps and then done, Not so! As soon as you open front door there are 12 narrow cement steps making it quite a chore to carry things up, Then when you do reach the main floor,there are 12 more carpeted steps to the bedrooms and baths,
I say this not as a criticism, but to be clear to those who have difficulty with steps.
Bed was comfortable, kitchen well stocked
I would suggest instructions for TV remotes.
We had a wonderful time,went to the State Park every day shelling,and ate out every meal,
