The bay is quiet and serene. Cottage and Cabin is offered to discerning clients who demand modern amenities, yet appreciate a cottage feel. The property is comprised of an open- concept family room/kitchen with a woodstove fireplace, two bedrooms and one and half bathrooms in the main cottage.
There is extensive decking overlooking Stoney Lake with a western exposure providing long days in the sun and stunning sunsets. Just steps away from the main cottage is a separate cabin with its own private deck that looks out to a spectacular view of the bay and the lake. The cabin is comprised of one bedroom and a full bathroom. There is a large driveway which allows for plenty of parking. There is a large rear yard which is perfect for outdoor activities such as badminton and soccer.
Beach - Sandy Beach with nice sand bottom for swimming.
Black Flies - We do NOT get many black flies at all during the spring making this cottage enjoyable year round unlike many cottages to the north during the months.

Located near the infamous Ronnie Hawkins estate on a quiet bay. It is a 1.5 hour drive from Toronto (20 minutes north of Peterborough or 10 minutes north of Lakefield). Viamede Resort is directly across the lake and can be seen from the cottage deck. Stoney Lake Market Grill is a 5 min drive away, just past Wildfire Golf course.
