Parrot Perch is an upstairs 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with a balcony from the living room offering a view of the neighborhood.
The best priced 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in Truman Annex with a queen bed and bathroom ensuite; guest bedroom with 2 twins that can convert to a king. Sleeper sofa in the living room adds flexible accommodations for a group of 5.
Kitchen is well equipped to prepare culinary delights when you're not sampling the many amazing restaurants on the island.

Lida and At Home in Key West were wonderful! Condo was clean and met all of our needs. Location was perfect; walk or bike to everything! Highly recommend this unit. Fine for 4 adults.
We were very pleased with the property and definitely with the location. It was very clean upon arrival and nicely appointed in the kitchen as well as with plenty of towels for showers and pool. There were plenty of glasses for the four adults and the washer/dryer was great for taking care of beach items after returning for the day. We were within walking distance to Mallory Square and being almost centrally located off Duval Street which made getting around perfect. Plenty of great restaurants made dining out easy, Carolina’s Café and Fogarty’s on Duval Street are excellent. The Fury, Snorkeling, Ragie and Rum trip at 5PM, was the highlight of the trip with excellent viewing of Sting Rays. Working with At Home in Key West properties was easy and uneventful for bookings and using there lockbox for pickup and return keys made it easy to come and go. We would definitely recommend staying at this location and will be back again.
Four adults (over 50) for a week was perfect. The unit is very clean and spacious, however, we spent most of our time out and about. I would highly recommend this location as it is in the perfect location. Very close to Blue Heaven and The Green Parrot.
We were very pleased with the unit. It was very tidy upon arrival and nicely appointed. Plenty of towels were available as well as pool towels. We cooked in full meals quite a bit and there were sufficient pots, pans and utensils to get the meals prepared. The only reason we don't give it 5 stars is the unit could use a paint job (several patches on walls throughout), and some kitchen tiles need to be replaced.
Great location able to walk to everything in town easily and very close to the Zachary Taylor beach. Kitchen appeared to have a new fridge, stove and was well stocked with dishes, cookware etc, wifi and all other amenities were as shown in the pictures.
We were happy to see the place looked in person as it does in the pictures. The only shortcomings weren't visible. For example, the refrigerator door's outside was about 20% covered in rust. This wasn't a health hazard but did give the place a rather shabby look. Also there were some mildew spots on a shower curtain. Again, not live mildew so no health issue but for the cost of a say $7, you'd think a curtain would be installed when the old one got permanent spots on it.
There were only two other issues. First, there was no WiFi. None. No Ethernet either. Instead, there were two TV's and a wired telephone. Welcome to 1985. Vacation like your parents did. I'm told by @Home that some units do have WiFi so if this is as important to you as it was to us, check.
I sure would have gladly traded off a few TV's and a few copper line phones for a WiFi signal.
The location is near ideal. Close to all but still quiet. Our unit's second floor porch was so surrounded by trees that it was clothing optional. Another good point. The place was found clean and is quite complete as far as kitchen supplies go. There were even BBQ tools to go with the infrared gas BBQ. Nice touches all.
Another issue was a poorly repaired chair which broke when I sat down on it. I only weigh 200 lbs so this wasn't like I need reinforced furniture. I ended up with a bunch of bruises.
