Terrific views from 6th floor on Venice Beach. Southern exposure. No smoking. Furnished. One month minimum rental agreement. Master bedroom has a queen bed and bath (shower) and TV and built ins. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds and bath (with bathtub) and built ins. TV in living area with sofa, dining table, recliner. Ceiling fans throughout. Enclosed lanai. 3 month rentals preferred.

Close to the jetty and Crow's Nest restaurant. 1 mile to downtown Venice.

Condo has a great view of Gulf. Condo itself is adequate but could really use updating. Building has a service elevator but I was not allowed to bring my bicycle so had to walk it up 6 flights of stairs. Hallway always smelled of smoke and there was a bench with an ashtray right by the building entrance being used 24/7. Again view and location to beach is great, not so great if you don't like cigarette smoke or have a bike you don't want to leave outside.

Owner's Response: I do not know what other renters were smokers on the floor during your stay. My unit is no smoking as I don't like the smell either! I'll will address the bike issue as currently you can only bring them up the staircase and I don't know why there is an elevator restriction. The unit has had some updates to kitchen and bathrooms. More updates to come.
