Perched right alongside the bay in Pensacola Beach (accessible via a $1 toll bridge from Pensacola), this home is on the fourth floor of a condo complex. Please note there is no elevator at this location, though from the fourth floor you will certainly enjoy spectacular views of the surroundings! Bay beach access is just a few steps away, and the sandy shores of the gulf beach are right across the street.
This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is set up to comfortably accommodate up to six guests. While you're here you will enjoy all the comforts of home, including cable TV, a DVD player, WiFi access, and a private laundry room. Even better, you will have access to community amenities such as a charcoal grill area, pier, and a shared pool.
Have a seat in the cozy living room and watch some TV, or gaze out the windows at the amazing views. A full kitchen has just about everything the chef in your group will need to prepare meals during your stay - simply stock up on fresh ingredients at one of the nearby markets.
The first bedroom features a lovely queen-size bed, and the master bedroom offers a luxuriously large king-size bed, attached bathroom, and private balcony access. There's another bathroom accessible from the hallway, as well as an additional sofabed in the living room that provides comfortable sleeping space for guests.
This condo is a great size for a family, a few couples traveling together, or a small group of friends. Since the beach is so close and there are plenty of eateries and other businesses nearby, you won't have to go far to find everything you may need!

The wife and I stayed at 12E Baywatch and had a very good experience overall.
Pros: The condo was clean, had a working jaccuzi tub (not easy to find on Pensacola Beach), was appropriately furnished and decorated, and had a spectacular view from the balcony!
Cons: There were some condition issues with the furniture and appliances. The TV's were ancient, and at least one DVD player did not work. Some of the sliding doors to the balcony were off their hinges and left lying to the side. Overall, these issues didn't detract from the stay very much. For the affordable price, we would recommend.
