Apartment, 1 Bedrooms, 1 Baths, 2 Sleeps

This charming apartment, known to locals as 'Jo Ann's Place', sits at the southern tip of historic Pass-a-Grille Beach, with a view of the Intracoastal Waterway from the screened front porch. The Gulf of Mexico and a sugar-sand beach are steps from the front door. A private fenced patio is perfect for reading or sunbathing. The residential neighborhood is quiet and safe. You can fish from the nearby seawall. or join your neighbors to watch postcard sunsets from the Gulf promenade.

Constructed during WW II, this building is not condo contemporary. The walls are plaster, the floors are heart-of-pine, and there's no dishwasher. But if you want to experience the ambiance and peace of Pass-a-Grille, you cannot beat this location.

Every seasonal rental in this neighborhood was booked solid between December and May last year. If you want to secure this unit for the 2016-2017 season, act soon.

Monthly Rate: $1500 - $1850

Between the months of June through October 2014, the apartment can be rented at the rate of $1,500 per month, or $900 for a two-week stay. For a month's stay, a $750 security deposit is required, to be refunded upon departure, if you have not damaged the apartment or its contents. A $100 cleaning fee will be deducted from your security deposit.
