This beautifully renovated home sits at the end of a cozy cul-de-sac in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. A thoughtful remodel was made inside and out, including a brand new swimming pool. Pool heat can be added for an addition cost. The house has 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths with a kids loft. This is comprised of 2 master suites both with King beds and full luxurious bathrooms. The house also has a king and a queen bedroom which share a full bath on the main floor. Upstairs in the loft are 2 single beds with a cute and fun full bath. We call it the kids zone packed with games and fun things for kids of all ages to do, including those adults who are still young at heart. Oh and no need to overpack here... There is a brand new washer and dryer that will keep everyone in their best duds for the week. The stained solid oak flooring which runs throughout the main floor wonderfully compliment the light trim and calm color pallet. You can relax and enjoy preparing a meal in the "eat in" kitchen which has granite countertops and all new stainless appliances. The rustic dining table which has a view of the back yard seats 8 comfortably. All the bathrooms have been designed with relaxation and comfort in mind and all bedrooms have brand new mattresses ensuring a relaxing stay in the Charleston area. The living room boasts a comfy couch to throw your feet up and relax in front of the large LED TV. Cable and wifi are included. The large private back yard is a perfect space to entertain or let the kids play. Of course the spacious deck is perfect for relaxing or grilling up your favorite meal pool side. Relax in the brand new private pool with optional heating.

The house is a stones throw from Shem Creek where you can paddle board next to the old shrimping boats which have made this area so famous. Maybe ride a bike into the Picturesque Old Village and get a traditional soda pop from the historic Pitt St. Pharmacy. Being only 3 miles from Sullivan's Island, the renowned beaches and restaurants such as Poe's Tavern and Salt can easily be accessed by bike or a quick hop in the car. And of course the famous Red's Ice House on Shem Creek where you can get some of the best seafood in town is only a few minutes away. If charming southern hospitality and historic cobblestone streets are your thing then Charleston is the city for you. Eat at the many delicious restaurants, shop till you drop or take a ride in a horse-drawn carriage and view the spectacular pre-civil war houses in the Battery. Have a picnic in Waterfront Park and see the famous Fort Sumter across Charleston Harbor where the first shots of the civil war rang out. Whatever your fancy, Mt. Pleasant and the Charleston area have it. Why not explore this wonderful area in the comfort of a newly remodeled home.

5 stars for Magnolia Manor! Great house, great location, and a great host!

We had 9 people at Magnolia Manor and the House could not have been more perfect! Very clean, very comfortable and close to Shem Creek, Sullivan’s Island, Isle of Palms, downtown Charleston, etc.

The home owner, Jesse Tennant is always available, helpful, and quick to respond.

We had booked another house on Airbnb for Charleston Race Week month’s prior but that was cancelled a week before we were due to arrive. There was nothing else suitable available for us on Airbnb so thank goodness I found Magnolia Manor on VRBO! Mr. Tennant was so kind and understanding and really hooked us up with his beautiful home! The back yard is huge with a great Fire pit and a gorgeous pool. There is also 2 seating areas and a hammock to relax in! Inside the house has everything you need to cook and serve with. Plenty of seating in the open living room too. The bedrooms are all quite spacious and comfortable. There are 2 king bed Master suites which is so nice. Even a huge kid room upstairs with 2 twin beds and a play area with it’s own bathroom too!

We really loved this home and will definitely be back!

Great backyard and upgrades!

We went down with a group of friends for the bridge run. The house was in very good condition and the upgrades were very nice. Beds were comfy and the bathrooms were great - love the master shower! This place has a great backyard and was nice to have a relaxing place to hang out. Location is great. Less than a mile from grocery stores and restaurants and very easy access back onto the highway.

House is located in a residential neighborhood in a cul de sac. House looks small from the curb, but was plenty roomy inside. Loved that there were 4 bedrooms and a separate sleeping attic with twin beds... and having 4 bathrooms was great too.

We had a question for the owner during our stay and he was very responsive - getting back to me immediately. We had all adults in our group, but could see where this would work nicely if you had kids as well. Overall a great house - we definitely enjoyed our visit.

Lovely Home !

We were a family of 5 (grandparents with 3 grandkids) that came to Charleston to experience a total solar eclispe, and spend a few days on vacation (and give their parents a break). The house was well maintained and comfortable. It is newly renovated with upgraded finishes (no builder's grade here). There are 5 bedrooms so we had plenty of space (we were expecting a couple of other relatives, but they couldn't make it). You could definitely sleep 10 in the house. From the towels and bedding to the equipment in the kitchen to the pool and the big screen tv in the living room -- it all worked for us. When the air conditioning went out, the property manger responded quickly. Unfortunately, a part had to be ordered so it took a couple of days before it was up and running. Jesse (the owner) was very apologetic, kept us informed on the repair, and gave us a credit for the inconvenience. Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Target and other stores are all nearby. Our trips to Charleston were pleasant and fun (just know that there will be traffic in rush hour on the bridge). We only made one visit to the nearest beach (Isle of Palms), on our way back to Atlanta. It was more crowded than we are use to, but the 2 boys had fun. If you continue on the road past the beach you will run into a marina with a cool restaurant on the water. I would definitely recommend this home for families and anyone who values a quiet vacation experience.
