Spacious, family friendly, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo. Close to everything.

This lovely and spacious townhome is located on Ocean Boulevard, only steps away to the best beach on the island. Seas The Day is nestled among some of the oldest, and most beautiful live oak and overlooks one of the famous and historic “Marshes of Glynn.” Relax at the end of each day by enjoying the beautiful sunsets from the living area and master bedroom balcony.

From your private parking spaces directly in front of the front door, you will enter the first level, where there are two large bedrooms and a connecting bathroom and dressing area. One bedroom has an entrance to a very large patio with a privacy fence, outdoor shower, gas grill and seating. This bedroom has 2 twin beds and a bunk bed in the sleeping quarters, which is perfect for kids. The other bedroom has a king bed, and large closet. Both rooms are cheery and comfortable. The entire first level has tile floors.

As you ascend the open stair case to the 2nd floor, you will discover a spacious and open family gathering place. A large fully equipped kitchen is on the back side of this living area. There you will find everything for your cooking needs. There are lovely serving pieces, and plenty of silverware and plates. Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a nice size laundry room and a separate half bath. The dining room table comfortably seats 6 adults, and can expand to seat 8. The living room is bright and inviting with plenty of seating. The entire front wall of the living room is windows that overlook the marsh, where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets and bird watching.

You ascend another open stair case to the 3rd level to enter the very spacious master suite. There is a sitting area, queen size bed, plenty of storage and a large dressing area and bath. This room has large sliding glass door covering one wall which leads to your private balcony overlooking the marsh. You can sit and enjoy your morning coffee or relax in the evening with a glass of wine on your own private deck. What a wonderful way to start and end your day.

We have tried to serve your every need and to make your stay comfortable. There are plenty of clean towels and linens. There will be starter items, such as paper towels, toilet paper and dish soap for your use. This condo is larger than many rentals, and provides plenty of space for privacy, and to comfortably gather for meals, games and conversation.

The best beach on the island is a two minute, very easy walk right out of the back patio. There is a nice boardwalk for easy access for rolling beach carts, strollers, etc. You can enjoy this area of the beach even during high tide!

From Seas The Day it is a short walk on a sidewalk along the marsh to 4 of the most popular restaurants on the Island. Located in that area also is Ocean Motion which has kayak and bike rentals along with any other items you need for the beach. You can also stroll on the beach in the early morning to the King and Prince Hotel for a cup of Starbuck’s coffee. East Beach and Massingale Park are both located just 2 blocks away and provide public beach access, picnic areas and a playground.

The intriguing Village of St. Simons is a short bike ride away. There you will find many wonderful restaurants, pubs, gift and clothing shops, the pier, and a putt - putt course. New to the village is a huge resort style swimming pool and children's playground and park. In the park, you will find picnic tables and grills. The pool has permanent umbrellas and chaise lounges. The children's area of the pool is like a water park. All of this is right on the ocean beside the historic St. Simons Lighthouse and open to the public every day from 1:00-8:00. While on this very historical island please visit Fort Frederica, Bloody Marsh, The Lighthouse, and Christ Church. You will find our island very bike and walking friendly. There are sidewalks throughout the entire island.

If you like to golf, play tennis or fish, Saint Simons Island is perfect for you. There are many options available for all of these activities and the weather allows you to enjoy these passions year round.

  • The master bath is located in the master suite, and is very spacious with a large closet, double vanities, and a separate powder/dressing area. The second bathroom is a jack and jill that both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have direct access to. It is large and also has a separate powder/dressing area. The half bath is located on the second level, off the kitchen area. It is very convenient to have a bathroom on all three floors.

Perfect location

We enjoyed are stay very much. The home is comfortable and located in the perfect spot. Easy access to all beaches and pier. The owner was accessible and very accommodating. Would definitely book again!

Loved everyting but the number of stairs. Honey suckle in bloom was too much. We could use patio

great family place!

We rented for the week and found the home clean and welcoming. Well supplied kitchen to allow us to cook all meals, plenty of soft, fresh bath towels, confortable beds and furniture. Lots of space to spread out and only steps away from the beach! We had a wonderful week!

Fantastic Location!

This location is right across from the marsh and 2 blocks from the ocean entrance. Perfect! We launched our kayaks right in the marsh and paddled north towards Sea Island. The ocean was spectacular with the discovery that low tide brings a sandbar to walk way out into the ocean. The house is well equipped with anything you need from a blender to a strainer to a wine opener! The master suite is phenomenal with it's 3rd floor privacy and private deck. The kids enjoyed having the first floor to themselves. This house was perfect for our family stay. We loved visiting St Simons Island.

We arrived to the place we were supposed to stay only to find another family had also rented the same place at the exact same time. The place was directly on the beach, and when they moved us to a different place, although the place was nice and acceptable, it was a 10 minute drive to the beach. It was very frustrating and normally i don't make reviews on places i do not like, but this was ridiculous. Then again, they did accommodate us and the lady who owns this place was very nice, it was Vrbos fault.

This beautiful condo is in a prime location on St. Simon's Island. It's close to the village but quiet, a simple and quick walk to the best beach area on the island where amazing tidal pools fill with sea life and shells. Massengale Park and East Beach are both just two blocks away with public beaches, a playground and picnic area. Across the street, you can drop your kayak to bird watch or fish in the marsh. You can easily drive or bike into the village for dining, shopping, or fishing off the pier. This condo is ideally located to everything Saint Simons has to offer.
