I am the proud owner of this amazing beach house directly on Santa Monica beach. I’m not from California originally and recently discovered Santa Monica beach. I wish I would have learned about this amazing place decades ago. After visiting just a few times I knew I had to make this a major part of my life. While my business and family life require that I travel quite a bit, I decided to make a commitment to Santa Monica with the purchase of this exquisite family vacation home. Unfortunately I’m not here as much as I would like to be (only a few month a year), but it does create the opportunity to rent it to others looking for that amazing "top-shelf" beach experience.

The Specs are the following: This spectacular home is 3 stories, 3000 square feet, 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths.

The house comes with all the amenities you would expect in a luxury home. Sub Zero and Wolf Kitchen; rich hard wood floors and stone throughout with professionally decorated furnishings that are both stylish and comfortable. There is a 2 car garage with parking for 6 cars, although once you arrive, you will never need to use your car again.

The Outside Space: The bottom line is most people come to Santa Monica to enjoy the great outdoors, and not be restricted to indoor living. This means the outdoor space offered by the house you rent is very important. In total this luxury retreat contains 4 levels of outdoor space which not only face the spectacular Pacific Ocean with the Santa Monica pier to your left, and Malibu to your right, but it also is literally on the boardwalk and sandy beach.

The 1st floor has a private garden terrace with direct beach access. Level 2 has a fabulous deck off the living room with an unobstructed ocean view, which is also great for people watching. On the 3rd level you will have a beautiful private deck off the Master bedroom which is the best place in the house to enjoy your morning coffee and evening ocean sunsets. Finally the house offers a rare fourth floor roof deck that is is totally private and great for sunbathing or toasting to a glass of wine with friends.

The location is unsurpassed with beach front access and situated just a short walk north of the Santa Monica Pier. In 7 minutes you can walk to the 3rd Street Promenade and all of its famous restaurants and shopping in downtown Santa Monica. The Boardwalk starts at the Pier and Venice beach is 1 mile south. You don’t need to deal with a car and finding parking because everything is within 10 minutes by foot.

We stayed here for a long weekend and had a fabulous time! This home is stunning, immaculate, spacious, with top notch accommodations through and through. It's situated in a perfect location for all kinds of excursions. The Santa Monica Pier and 3rd Street Promenade are all within reasonable walking distance. The views from each part of the home are truly memorable! The property manager was very accommodating and helpful. Everything is in wonderful working order: there are no needs left untended by this home! We will absolutely return if our plans allow. I can't recommend this highly enough. You will LOVE it!

Fantastic!

Beautiful house on superlocation. Great view from the balconies and small, nice garden where our teenagers could chill. Outdoorgrill worked perfect and was a pleasure to use with the view on the ocean. We appreciated it that beachchairs where available and easy to take along.There was absolutely nothing we didn't like about the house! The manager let us stay a few hours longer on departure day to make us not to have to wait too long on the airport for our long transatlantic flight. We can certainly recommend this house and would love to come back.

FABULOUS!

We had a wonderful experience renting your home this past weekend. The home was lovely and worked perfect for our family, ages 21-81 ! We truly enjoyed our time there and will have a wonderful memory to carry with us. Thank you ! The location and style of the home was terrific, It was immaculate and extremely comfortable and totally redecorated . The pictures do not do it justice.

The beds were fabulous, all the rooms and the kitchen were stocked perfectly. Everything you need was at your fingertips. We would highly recommend the home and would absolutely stay here again!
