Needs Some Work
First and foremost, Christian was incredibly responsive; messages were always answered promptly and that was very much appreciated. Staff were always very helpful, water was actually delivered to the unit, everyone we met was very nice and the unit was spotless.
Some not-so-good parts:
On-site restaurant has been closed since November (listing should have been updated).
Wifi doesn’t reach the downstairs bedroom or balcony.
Fan in downstairs bedroom only spins backwards.
There’s a stove… top, no oven.
All doors need to be replaced (handles about to fall off, cracks big enough to see through).
Main tv must be over a decade old. Whether it was the age, corrosion or dust, HDMI input doesn’t work (neither does the cable, but we gave up trying after only an hour).
If you’re over 5’10” watch your head coming down the stairs.
Water pressure is atrocious throughout.
Don’t close the balcony door on the second level if you’re on the balcony and alone, you’ll get locked out.
Long story short: with an investment in upgrades this unit will be amazing.
