650 SF ONE BEDROOM AND ONE BATHROOM, 400SF DECK, STEPS TO BEACH, CAC.HEAT

A newly renovated condo. private one bedroom with fully renovated bathroom which includes large walkin shower and touchless flushing toilet. The floors are all new throughout the unit. The bedroom features a new Queen size pillow top bed. The very large and fully equipped newer kitchen features glass tile backsplash and granite countertops, all new stainless steel appliances which includes large refrigerator with ice maker, range oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. there is also a large farm sink. Free WiFi and streaming TV service.

Outstanding views of fort Pond Bay from the large 400sf deck.

The unit has central a/c and heat. There is an on site laundry room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, silverware, glasses, etc.

The furniture in the living room is new as well and there is a queen size and twin size pull out with memory foam mattress. there are two LED TV's, a 55 inch in the living room and 39 inch in the bedroom. The outdoor deck which is new and very large features two lounge chairs, high top dining set with chairs and a very large sectional.

Leave your umbrella, beach chairs, beach cooler and towels at home as we will provide them for you to use while you stay in our condo.

I DO NOT RENT TO GROUPS THAT ARE 30 YRS OR YOUNGER. THIS IS A QUITE DEVELOPMENT WHERE MOST OWNERS UTILIZE THEIR UNITS DURING THE SUMMER. AS WELL, ONLY CAN RENT TO 5 IF ITS A FAMILY, NO GROUPS OF 5 ALLOWED PER CONDO BYLAWS.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN OR OUTSIDE OF OUR UNIT.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED AS WELL.

DURING JULY AND AUGUST WE USUALLY ONLY RENT BY THE WEEK, SATURDAY TO SATURDAY, CALL FOR AVAILABILITY.

Our family has been vacationing in Montauk for over 20 years. We finally decided to buy a place that we could share with others. We renovated our condo the way we would have liked it to be done and hope that all our guest enjoy it and come back year after year and make great family memories as we have.

Beautiful Renovated Condo

We had a lovely stay at this condo. It is located at an easy distance from everything. The condo is fully equipped! The deck is amazing and you can't beat the views from it..so nice to wake up and have your coffee overlooking Fort Pond Bay and a cocktail in the evening. Howard is super responsive and made sure that we enjoyed our stay! We will be back to stay at this gem!

Center of Montauk with sweeping views

Great spot to unwind and enjoy all the natural beauty Montauk has to offer away from the crowded beaches. This condo offers gorgeous water views, privacy and tranquility. Unfortunately it rained for our entire stay and it was too cold to enjoy the private bay beach or pool that the condo offers. But the first night viewed the beautiful sunset that can be enjoyed by visitors at this location. Everything was clean, new and comfortable. Don't miss this!

Wonderful! Amazing views.

My husband and I stayed over Memorial Day Weekend at Rough Riders. We rent a lot in Montauk but this was our first time at Rough Riders. The unit was beautiful. It is the true epitome of indoor/outdoor living. The space was cleaned and well maintained. We spent most of our days sitting on the deck, looking at the water. The homeowner was wonderful and answered all of our questions and had everything ready for us upon arrival. We didn't need anything (except a couple of more days).

Great views. great accommodations, great host!!!!!!!

The Condo was a great relaxing place. We enjoyed our stay. I have stayed at the rough riders a

few times but this Condo had the best atmosphere hands down! Easy living with many perks. We packed many things we didn't need because every thing was there! The owner was great to work with and I must compliment him on the decor, so beautiful! We hope to comeback again,

The PERFECT choice !

My boyfriend and I decided to take a quiet weekend getaway in Montauk. Knowing that Montauk is extremely quiet during the off season and many local resturants/attractions are closed, picking a place to stay that fits our needs was extremely important. This little condo has everything you need! A beautiful kitchen with a big fridge plus everything you would need to prepare food/drinks, a lovely entertainment area with a big TV, Roku, and very comfortable couches, as well as a clean, updated bathroom (towels available) attached to a roomy bedroom (extra blankets and pillows available) with a queen sized matress that is also very comfortable! The condo, although small, is designed with a very open layout and glass sliding doors along the entire deck, allowing sunshine in and amazing views of the water throughout the entire day! Although the deck furniture was covered for the winter season, I could only imagine how lovely it would be to sit outside relax and enjoy the view! I also enjoyed that the condominium was enclosed with a gate for safety as well as had a private beach, tennis courts and a pool! The front office staff were very helpful and nice as well. Howard was also very quick to text back if I had any questions and was very pleasant to deal with. Thanks again for renting out your place! I would definitely recommend!!
