Soak up the sun and enjoy the tranquil turquoise waters using the provided beach chairs and towels. Feeling hungry? No need to run back to the condo when you can eat at Paradise Grill located beachside for a variety of breakfast/lunch items along with ice cold drinks including beer. After a day in the sun, why not jump into the refreshing pool for a qick dip.Inside, enjoy over 200 cable and music channels in HD on a 51 inch flat screen in living room and 24 inch flat screen in bedroom. Secure WIFI access available and unlimited local/long distance calling to US/Canada/Puerto Rico included. There is a fully equipped kitchen for all of one's needs.
Nightlife anyone? There are several local bars and restaurants within walking distance. Shark Tales, Crab Daddy's, Oyster Shucker's and Woody's are just a few serving up fresh local seafood and live entertainment. Try downtown historic Corey Avenue or artsy Gulfport for more delicious dining selections. It's only a short jaunt away by car or Suncoast trolley which runs daily between St. Pete and Clearwater beaches. Downtown St. Petersburg along Central Avenue provides more entertainment/dining options, a mere 15 minutes away. Orlando theme parks are 1.5 hours away. Tampa International Airport is conveniently located 30 minutes from Gulf Winds. So much to see and do the list is endless! As you return to the condo for the evening, take a stroll down to the beach to catch an amazing sunset and then retire peacefully on the inviting pillow top mattress to dream about your next days adventures!

We prefer to only accept MONTHLY rentals for January, February, March & April.
Partial month rentals will be accepted for January, February, March & April only if prior bookings are already in place for that month.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!!! We love the pristine white sugary sands and the warm turquoise waters of St. Pete Beach combined with the array of so many things to see and do! St. Pete Beach and it's surrounding areas have several types of activities for all age groups and interests.
Love the proximity to the beach! Can literally walk 200 steps and we are on the sand. There's also a snack bar located directly on the beach to grab a bite to eat and a ice cold soda or brew. The condo is located west of Gulf Blvd so no busy streets to cross. There are many local bars and restaurants within walking distance. Historic Corey Ave is 5 blocks away and don't forget to check out downtown St. Petersburg on Central Ave with it's many unique dining and drinking establishments located on beautiful Tampa Bay. Gulfport is a funky little artsy town with it's unique dining and shops that's worth a trip to as well.
Just returned from a 2-week stay in Gulf Winds. The check-in procedures were spot on...no problems. The condo location was perfect...loved being right across the street from the beach and the pool was very nice. The condo was furnished nicely, with all the necessities for cooking in if desired. We were very comfortable during our stay. Kristi is very accesssible for any questions or concerns regarding the condo. We enjoyed our stay very much , however, the weather could have been better. January in Florida is unpredictable!!!! Would definitely make a return visit to this condo.

Kristi was beyond accommodating for us as we traveled to st Pete for our honeymoon! The condo was the perfect size for the two of us & had a kitchen so we didn’t have to eat out for every meal. Quiet area with a two minute walk to the beach- it was fantastic! The sunsets were the most beautiful I have ever seen. We will stay here again if we come back to st Pete’s
This is a great property, perfect for a couple with small fully stocked kitchen and steps from the beach, free parking, free wifi. Close (easy walking distance) to many good restaurants. And the beach....did I mention how close to the beach? Beautiful. Also recommend Fort Desoto park a short drive away, more beach.
The condo was very clean and neat.It has everything you need to feel right at home. It was steps from the beach and walking distance to casual and fine dining.Will definitely be back for another vacation.
Less than 2 blocks to the Gulf with no busy streets to cross! Several local eateries and drinking establishments within walking distance. So much to see and do in fabulous St.Pete Beach!
