This Cute , Convenient and Economical house is perfect for a Tampa Getaway or as a base for Business in the Tampa Bay area.
The house has been recently updated with plenty of spaces to just chill out and relax: Sun Deck, Screened lanai with firepit, comfy family room, reading nook.
The fully fenced back yard is pet friendly and the large front yard faces a quiet cul-de-sac so its terrific for kids play.
The kitchen has everything you would want or expect including dishwasher, microwave, disposal, side-by-side fridge with icemaker, blender, coffee maker, toaster etc. And plenty of dishware, glassware, servingware and cooking equipment. the is a gas grill for outdoor cooking as well.
The Hot Tub is newer ans is a great was to relax with friends and family or after a day of work.
There are 3 televisions with full satellite service and DVR, as well as a DVD and Ipod player in the family room. The house also comes with wireless High-speed internet access.
Two of the bedrooms have queen-size beds ( one with a temperpedic mattress), the third bedroom has 2 twin bed. All three bedrooms are light, bright, cheerful and comfortable. All bed and bath linens are provided. A crib and/or playpen are availble as well if you need them.

This home is so much better than a hotel and beats the price of a hotel. The owners do not miss a detail and live very close to the home. The owners make the home the perfect package. If you need anything they are available to help. The home has a nice fenced yard. It was great to come back to our temporary home and relax in the hot tub. Our dog made the trip with us and we found several off leash dog parks and pet beaches in the area. The home is a short drive to the beaches, downtown and the Tampa airport.
We will stay again. Don't miss it.
The single family detached house was in a safe, quiet and established neighborhood which had easy access to Tampa airport and surburban West Tampa (Town & Country, Westchase). The house was exactly as described: it contained everything we needed for a family of four+ to stay comfortably. Everything worked: appliances, cable TV, high-speed internet, etc. This house is a great option, value and alternative to a hotel, for staying near the Tampa airport.

Our minimum charge is the weekly rate even if the term of your stay is fewer than 7 days. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis and will include a cleaning charge of $200.
Stays of longer than 1 week will be prorated at the lowest available rate.
Holiday; The falt fee for rentals between Dec 23r and Jan 3 is $1,600 .If you rent the house for all or a portion of that time period you will be charged the full Holiday rate. If you stay extends past the Dec 23rd-Jan 3rd date range you will be charged the normal daily Winter prorate daily charge for any additional days.
Deposits and Balance of Payments: We do not confirm reservation until a $500 reservation deposit is received. In most cases the balance of you payment is due on the day you check in. Payment will be accepted in Check, Cash or PayPal Invoice. Check must be in US Dollars and made out to “Julia Morris”.
For Multi-week rentals during January, February and March The Balance of Payment must be received, in full by Dec 1st of the previous year. Exceptions may be made for returning clients.
Cancellation: Reservation deposits and rental balances will be returned for cancellations made 4 weeks prior to the rental date. Early termination of rentals that have already commenced made with less than 3 weeks notice will be charged 3 weeks rent at the highest seasonal rate from the date of notification.
We require a $500 reservation deposit to secure your reservation. The balance is due upon arrival except for reservations during January, February and March where the balance of payment must be received by January 1. In order to provide the best value we accept PayPal, cash and checks directly. We will require a major credit card upon check in in lieu of a security deposit.
