"I have been fortunate enough to stay at this unit twice during 2012. Once during May and once during September. The Boardwalk address is the premier location in Cocoa Beach. It is convenient to walk to everything and you really don't need a car unless you want to venture out of the downtown area. The unit is very spacious at 1,300 sq.ft. which is larger then most other 2 bedroom condos I previously stayed at. Also this is a second floor unit above the parking garage. I'm very comfortable with children on the balcony which is a few feet above the ground and still provides a nice view of the beach and ocean. If you don't like heights you will find the balcony at just the right elevation. The only issue I ever had was my second visit we could not connect to the wireless internet right away. However, when we contacted the management company they were very responsive and the problem was immediately corrected. Would definitely recommend Cocoa Beach Best and specifically this unit!"

Quite a gem.

What a great stay. An older building, but condo was sparkling clean and inviting.

Our favorite was sitting on back porch in the evenings. Cool breeze always, the stars and sounds of the surf, were so relaxing.

Our 92 yr old mother, who lives in Cocoa, sat out on the

porch each day she visited.

We would stay here again, and recommend this unit to anyone.

Great place & location

We would definitely stay in the condo again.The condo is just as described. Clean, nicely decorated, beds were comfortable. The condo is in a great location to local bars and restaurants just a few steps from the front door. The owners should invest in some more silverware as there were not very many forks and a new refrigerator or at least new ice trays, no automatic ice maker. The pool is located in the front of the building and does not a spacious pool deck area, but there is a huge beach so not a deal breaker. Bre in the rental office was very pleasant to deal with as well. Highly recommend!

Owner's Response: Thank you for the very nice review. We have added some more silverware to the kitchen also some ice cube trays. We don't have a automatic ice make in the refrigerator because they tend to break and cause numerous unwanted service repairs and additional expenses to the homeowner for having a appliance company come out to the unit to address. Next time just let us know and we will bring you a bag of ice and extra trays so this way waiting for ice is not a issue for you during your stay. Please come stay with us again and thank you for being a great guest.

Beautiful oceanfront condo

Clean, large condo with multiple amenities.

Decorated beautifully and close to Coconuts for regular evening bands and wonderful food. Dolphins swam offshore.

Perfect Location

Stayed here after a bowl game in Orlando for a little rest and relaxation. This was a fantastic location! I never had to get back in the car... right on the beach and next to great restaurants. The condo even had a parking garage for the car. Cocoa Beach is a slow pace town. A great place to unwind and this condo was perfect for that.

Great location!

We loved our recent stay. The location was perfect- the condo had everything we could possibly need. They provide beach toys and towels so no need to bring some from home which is so nice. My only suggestion for the owners is to have the sliding doors going to balcony checked out. With the winds we had last few days- the doors don't seal right so the whistling from the wind was quite obnoxious. We will definitely be back!

Owner's Response: The slider doors are Hurricane Proof doors they can with stand up to 150 mph winds. They can be heavy if not pulled on correctly and cause them to get off track. We apologize for this they are something we have to have here due to the nature of our weather situations that can happen so we can keep the condo safe. Thank you for your feedback.

7096836 Direct-Ocean

Clean, noisy location, half way renovated, had to go down to basement and out backdoor to get to beach, no "Direct" access as implied.

Good appliances.

Horrible beds ( mattresses and pillows ). Says sleeps 8 but you can't get the trundle bed out from under the daybed because the beside table and the full bed is right next to it in the same room.

So you have King bed in one room ( 2 ), pull out couch in family room (2), full bed in one room ( 2) and in same bedroom as full bed a trundle daybed ( 1) because you can't get the trundle out.

TV in second bedroom was only DVD, no cable.

Couldn't hardly get blinds open to be able to open the patio doors ( very hard ) and in the master bedroom some of the curtains were up right and some were inside out, very sloppy.

Lamps in master bedroom ( bedside table shown in this picture ) was broken and hanging by the inside wiring ( so we disconnected for fear of electrocution ). Plugs with no covers in master bedroom ( child hazard ).

Bed in picture was very unstable and rickety.

Ocean view hidden by berm, which was nice but took away from this view.

Overall impression - won't stay here again.

Sorry but we told you in email and to onsite manager. No response so we are just trying to help out the next family.

Also the world famous Ron Jon's Surf Shop and Kennedy Space Center are just minutes away. Watch the cruise ships depart at Port Canaveral, just 1.5 miles to the north. The casino cruises set sail several times a day and offer free food and drinks.Visit Historic Cocoa Village 10 miles away for Antique shopping and local art displays. Play a round of Golf at local courses 3 miles away. Watch local wildlife at Manatee Park.

We are just 45 minutes away from Orlando International Airport and attractions (DISNEY WORLD, SEA WORLD, UNIVERSAL, ETC.)
