"I have been fortunate enough to stay at this unit twice during 2012. Once during May and once during September. The Boardwalk address is the premier location in Cocoa Beach. It is convenient to walk to everything and you really don't need a car unless you want to venture out of the downtown area. The unit is very spacious at 1,300 sq.ft. which is larger then most other 2 bedroom condos I previously stayed at. Also this is a second floor unit above the parking garage. I'm very comfortable with children on the balcony which is a few feet above the ground and still provides a nice view of the beach and ocean. If you don't like heights you will find the balcony at just the right elevation. The only issue I ever had was my second visit we could not connect to the wireless internet right away. However, when we contacted the management company they were very responsive and the problem was immediately corrected. Would definitely recommend Cocoa Beach Best and specifically this unit!"

Quite a gem.

What a great stay. An older building, but condo was sparkling clean and inviting.

Our favorite was sitting on back porch in the evenings. Cool breeze always, the stars and sounds of the surf, were so relaxing.

Our 92 yr old mother, who lives in Cocoa, sat out on the

porch each day she visited.

We would stay here again, and recommend this unit to anyone.

Good property except air conditioners

Very nice place

Overall the rooms were comfortable and nice. We did have a problem with the floors being pretty much covered in invisible sand before we even stepped foot on the beach. I would have liked to have had a rug or two so would have been able to wipe our feet off. The beds were comfortable. The TV's and all the appliances we used worked fine. We had a wonderful time and I would rent from them again.

4 adults, 1 child (9yrs old), PLENTY of room, great views, overlooking the water, can't say enough good things about the property! Also, if you don't have a car, lots of places to eat nearby to walk too, oodles of options. Property is in an excellent stretch of beach!
