We’ve just finished the unit, so you’ve got lots of new items – including new Queen mattress, rain showerheads, pillows, full-size washer/dryer, 2 flat screen TV's, DVD/Blueray, fans, lights, cookware, towels, beach supplies, beach toys and more.
Our tasteful two-bedroom, two-bath condominium is located in G building. The unit is completely and comfortably furnished for your enjoyment, including bed/bath linens, a fully-accessorized kitchen, a sleeper couch, a new front-loader LG washer/dryer, and beach supplies (towels, chairs, coolers, and toys). The club house offers a library, computer (DSL) and exercise room. DSL and FREE WIRELESS are ALSO available in our condo. You supply your own laptop.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, flatscreen TV w/ DVD/Blu-Ray player and DVR, and its own master bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and plenty of closet space. There is an additional bathroom just off the second bedroom.
The dining area includes a table which seats six. This sprawls into the living room - which is completely furnished including cable flatscreen TV, DVD/Blu-Ray player, as well as sliders leading to the screened porch. The screened porch is furnished with chairs - perfect for relaxing and taking in a tennis match or surfing the web while sipping a cool beverage.

LOCATION AND SITES - When not relaxing on the beach, you can visit the fabulous historic city of Saint Augustine, the oldest city in the nation, just 15 minutes away. While in Saint Augustine, you can enjoy historic sites, fabulous shops, and fine restaurants. You can tour the famous Castillo De San Marcos Fort (17th-century fortress), the Alligator Farm, Fountain of Youth, Potters Wax Museum, horse-drawn carriage rides, San Sebastian Winery, Ripley’s Believe It or Not, and so much more. If shopping is your fancy, you are located only 15 min from the famous St. Augustine outlets.

We spent 4 years living in Central Florida. During this time, we visited many sites and shores. By far, our favorite, and most frequented, was historic and mystical St. Augustine. We love people watching in the historic district, the live music, and shelling on the beaches.

Over 20 years ago, we were married on the beach in St. Augustine. We fell in love with the beautiful sandy beaches and the historic streets. Loving it so much, we decided to purchase this quiet, 1st floor unit, and some day retire here. The condo association is very active, maintains the grounds superbly, and they just won the #1 condo association in Florida award.
We just purchased the unit in April, so it is newly outfitted, stocked, and painted. Since we are private owners, we give you so much more than the minimum required by community or commercial rental agencies. In addition, the location of this unit doesn't get better - to interior amenities (such as the pool) or exterior amenities. You are literally walking distance to restaurants, bars, and even groceries. While drinking a ice-cold glass of sweat tea, I enjoy watching my teenagers play tennis and swim in the heated pool. Not overlooking the obvious, I love the short stroll to the beach. It is a flat beach that is excellent for walking or bike riding. Ocean village is a private gated community, and it is becoming more private with the new serialized gate cards in May 2015. In addition, the community does a great job in maintaining a resort-like feel and providing a clean, quiet, and quaint experience for all. We hope you will cherish your new memories.
Great location, very clean, and the condo offered more than I expected. We stepped off the plane and the owners thought of everything - coolers, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella....even several beach toys. Great price for the amenities! We loved the rain shower heads, quality linens and towels. They even had a brand new washer and dryer. We're definitely coming back. Thanks so much.

Clean, comfortable, and great location. Enjoyed nice condo, heated pool, walks on the beach, and short drive to St. Augustine and the World Golf Hall of Fame. Will consider a repeat experience with this condo and these owners in the future.
We've been married 32 yrs and have stayed in most every state and many condos. This one ranks with the nicest and most sufficiently equipped. The personal voice to voice phone connection prior to contracting was a cut above---and the emails, texts, and clear condo instructions took all guesswork out of the planning. (our scheduled week was a a short time after hurricane Matthew hit St. Augustine. We were emailed promptly with the updates-- this courtesy brought us immediate peace of mind.) G-12 was both clean and comfortable. Easy access to both pools and a very short walk to the beach. St. Augustine is a great vacation destination--packed full of history, romance, and charm!
We booked this condo 4 hours upon arrival and I loved being able to speak to the owner, Jean. She was very helpful in making sure we made it and offering advice on things to do. The condo was perfect for our family. Extremely clean, close to the heated pool, 1 block from the beach and easy access to the main road. Highly recommend and we will be back! Loved the condo and its proximity to the beach. Condo was well stocked and clean.
Nice and clean first floor space with pool a few steps away and the beach not that far. Two bedrooms plus roll away bed was perfect for 3 adults and 2 kids. Comfortable seating in living space and a table with plenty of room for all to gather and eat. Nice kitchen fully stocked with implements and dishes and a very nice washer and dryer to keep clothes clean. Owner instructions were clear and check in and out was easy. Convenient location to restaurants, drug stores, and food stores. Downtown St Augustine is a short ride down Highway A1A.
Visit was in mid August and it was quiet with hardly anyone in the pool and at the beach due to most kids have gone back to school.
I would return with no hesitation for a another good week of relaxation. I would recommend this property to my friends and family.
