We have been renting units for over 15 years with excellent results. We do everything in writing to protect our guests. Our business is well established and conducted in an organized and professional manner. Nothing pleases us more than to receive e-mails from guests indicating what a wonderful time they had, how clean and pleasant the rooms were, and how great it was working with us. The majority of our guests are repeat customers or referrals. Give us a try!
Vicky purchased this Studio in 2005
Why Vicky chose Mid Beach
Our condo building is practically in the middle of town, near everything. It offers all the necessities a guest could need. It is located in a residential area, yet close to all the commercial necessities you will need. There are many amenities nearby within walking distance. This is also a family oriented community.

Our bldg. has no restrictions on rental lengths. The units offer a complete kitchen-a rarerity in Miami Beach. We offer free valet parking for 1 car per unit (a commodity hard to find in Miami Beach)

Great value great location
Property was nicer than expected
We stay at this building regularly. Nice unit, nicer that many here. I loke the property “heated pool” was ice cold. Heater must have broke and that is the main reason i book this building
Host was great with communication, house was clean. Great location.
January in Miami
We enjoyed our stay in Miami and at Vicky's property. Everything was as described and as shown in the pictures. The building in general is older and the walls are extremely thin, this is not something that people who own individual rooms can control but is nice to know in advance. During our stay we had very loud neighbors above and beside us, making restful sleep difficult for those of us that are light sleepers.
The rest of the room is simple and clean, which is what we were looking for. We loved the location and the beach right outside the hotel is really nice. For nicer restaurants and shopping, we did have to drive about 20 minutes to South Beach. Again, we came for the beach and this was not an issue for us but may be important for someone deciding where to stay. We did not want to eat out for every meal so having the small Kitchenette was nice as we were able to purchase food and prepare food.
Note that only a limited amount of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags are provided. I would recommend to Vicky to add this into the checkin document she provides. Something along the lines of "1 roll of toilet paper and 2 trash bags will be provided, however, beyond that it is your responsibility". Just a suggestion on how to make this very evident to guests.
Thank you for your comments and glad you enjoyed your stay in Miami Beach. The older buildings in Miami Beach are part of what we call "Art Deco". It's unfortunate you had noise but you should have reported it to security. That kind of behavior is NOT permitted in the building and security would have taken care of that for you to make your stay more comfortable.
Also, it is stated on the website that South Beach is about 10-15 minutes away and there is a free trolley that takes you there. There are very nice shops and restaurants north of the building and close as well. One of the key features of this building is that it is NOT in the middle of pedestrian or traffic congested area like where other buildings are located.
Unfortunately, since we are not a hotel as indicated by the website name consisting of "owner", we merely provide supplies to "get you started" (2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towel, soaps, dishwashing detergent). The rest is up to the guest as some stay one night and others a week. I'm sure you can understand that.
We look forward to having you stay with us again!
Horrible dilapidated building and condo. Would give zero star if I could.
Horrible. The place was so bad that we had to move into a hotel. We left as soon as we could find an open hotel room as it was Christmas and mostly everything was fully booked. It was not clean. There was a glob of hair stuck to the wall. The bathroom had mildew tiles and dust galore. The shower head hardly sprayed any water. When we contacted the owner she stated it was a “low flow” shower head and was intended to save water. I have low flow in my own home however I can still take a proper shower. Not only that but the shower head screeched a loud noise as it trickled water. This terrified my kids and made them cry. We were given only a few thin towels which had old stains on them. Dirty and grimy floorboards and tile caulk. Rusty fixtures. All around gross. I could not cook on the stove top. It was not even powerful enough to boil a pot of water to make macaroni and cheese. The unit is old and unmaintained creating an wholly unlivable space. Complete misrepresentation. Not a vacation retreat.
I'm sorry you weren't happy but I believe it's a little exaggerated. The building or condo is not dilapidated. It's an older art deco building refurbished. I wish you would have advised me of any towel issues and I would have been happy to have them replaced for you. The unit is always cleaned and maintained. You can check all my prior reviews...I wouldn't have received 4 or 5 stars otherwise. We had happy guests before and after you. Again, sorry for your inconvenience and I will check on all items mentioned.
Great Time, Great Room!!
Our family of four fit comfortably with plenty of room to move around. The room was updated and very clean. Would recommend the owner to place one extra blanket in a drawer for those that get cold at night and also an alarm clock or walk clock to keep track of time easily. Otherwise, the room was great!
