Imagine having breakfast while looking out at the beautiful emerald water and sand dunes, without peaking through other buildings...then dropping down the elevator and walking out onto the gorgeous white sand to play in the water, walk, or just catch some rays. Shopping, restaurants and entertainment are all within walking distance. The airport is very close and offers transportation for a small fee. You can do it all from here!

Renter agreement

We want your stay with us to be enjoyable and lead to future stays with us. We are local and reasonably available during your stay.

The amount required to book the reservation 1/2 of the rental quote plus $75 non-refundable cleaning fee. The remainder is due 10 days prior to Arrival.

We have outlined the following requirements to ensure that everyone staying at the FontaineBleau leaves happy and plans to return in the future.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations made 1 week prior to arrival are 100% refundable, 48 hours prior to arrival are 50% refundable, 24 hours prior to arrival 0% refundable. No exceptions.

Quiet Hours are 10 pm to 6 am. Violation of this may result in immediate eviction

Absolutely NO SMOKING and NO PETS in Unit at any time. This will result in immediately eviction and no refund.

More than 4 guests staying in Unit may result in immediate eviction with no refund.

Damages resulting in costs above and beyond the Damage Deposit will be charged to guest and possible prosecution if not paid or chargebacks on credit card are issued after Stay in Unit.

This Condominium offers 7 floors of vacation affordability and fun! We are able to offer a vacation accommodation that leaves more money in your pocket so you can afford to have more fun and enjoy more activities, local dining, and shopping.

What makes this condo unique

There are NO buildings on our side of the building, which allow for an unobstructed view of the dunes, beach and gulf. We offer the unique opportunity to book 2 units that adjoin allowing you to have more people with you during your stay. Both units have 330 sq ft, each, full size kitchens, changing/bathing areas with separate rooms for tub and toilets, allowing privacy plus access to vanity and closet. There is a wonderful huge indoor pool surrounded by glass, with clear view of the beach and water. (I love sitting there and reading a book on rainy days and watching everyone enjoy the beach and pool on sunny days.) Walkways are very large and common areas are set up beautifully for different activities. The property is a Non-smoking property, however, there is a smoking area setup for those that do. There are wonderful life guard style chairs overlooking the beach, grills, and shuffleboard also available on site.

We were apprehensive about renting a place online but the owners made it so easy! We absolutely LOVED this room. The dunes are right there, the beach is beautiful, and there were no huge crowds. It was the perfect place to spend our honeymoon!



We will be back to stay here from now on.

AWESOME TRIP & AWESOME VIEWS!

We want to thank Bill & Dale for the use of their condo. It was just as the website described and we loved our time there. We totally agree with other reviews that the view from the balcony was AMAZING! It was so peaceful and relaxing sitting on the balcony listening to the ocean with our coffee & reading books. Since there are no other buildings to the east of the condo for at least a mile, we were able to walk the beach with hardly seeing any other people - it was perfect! The ocean water was the perfect blue shades each day and we were able to watch dolphins from the balcony. We would definitely love to go back in the future.

It was nice to have the full, usable kitchen as we cooked breakfast, made coffee & had the fridge full of drinks & snacks.

Probably the only thing we would like to see changed was the parking. We purchased a parking pass, but one night we ended up on the street because all the spaces were full (and several of the cars did not have a parking pass in their car windows). We think it might be helpful to assign an actual parking space when a pass is purchased, that way you are assured a spot each day. Just a suggestion............

Again, our thanks to Bill & Dale for allowing us to rent the condo. We would recommend it to other couples.

We loved our stay!

My husband and I have been to Panama City Beach many times, but we had never stayed in a condo before. I must stay I had my reservations about doing so, but we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived and everything was as just as described in the listing. We had absolutely no problems at all. We felt very safe and secure, had no problems with unruly neighbors, pets, loud behavior or insects which were all concerns when you try a new place. Even the water pressure up on the 7th floor was great! The building itself is a bit dated, but all in all everything was in working order we had a wonderful time. Thank you Bill & Dale for checking with us to be sure we had everything we needed and for a memorable stay in your cute, cozy unit! We will definitely be back!!

Great Weekend Getaway

Everything was as we expected it to be. The building is old and could use some updating but it has been well maintained. The room was clean, well equipped and nicely decorated. The owners did an excellent job responding to my questions and concerns. Great location on a section of beach that is not crowded and close to a lot of things to do. I would recommend this property to a friend and plan to return in the future.

CLEAN BUT SMALL & VIEW IS NOT GOOD, PEOPLE ARE RUDE

The room was very clean, cleaner than most. Furniture was in very good condition. However, appliances were very, very outdated. I usually cook several meals, but this time I did not even want to attempt it on the stove, or coffee pot. There was a new upright full size refrigerator which was a great asset. We filled it with drinks, and lunch meat, and left overs from restaurants, so it was not a total loss in the kitchen area. The bathroom was really too small to even put your clothes on, and there was no other private area to change. I would suggest at least a curtain over the doorway to the vanity area. But not a lot more room there. This would not have been an issue if only my husband and myself, but our teenage grandson was with us, so it was a little inconvenient. I wanted a room with a private balcony ocean view, which I thought I had chosen, but upon double checking, it was not. This was my fault. Just be sure to look close to make sure you get the room you really want. The beach and pool were both private which was good. However, the pool was not as clean as I would have liked. You could actually see a skim on top of the water when the light hit it.

Some things I suppose Bill and Dale could not control are the parking, luggage carts, and rude people. We purchased a parking pass, but still ended parking on the front of the building in the street area. It was not that bad, except longer walk to the room, and we felt the $20 pass was a waste of good money. We only say a total of 2 luggage carts, and both times we needed one, they were in use. Upon arrival, we went to the room before carrying anything up. Two rooms down sat a luggage cart loaded with umbrellas and chairs. We went down and carried up a few light items thinking it would be unloaded by then. It was not. After a second load, at least 30 minutes, I went and knocked on the door, and ask how much longer the cart would be in use. OH! They were about to go to the beach, but were not yet ready, so we could use it. The nerve of some people!! They were kind enough to relenquish it immediately, but it never should have been taken until they were ready to actually leave the room.

We enjoyed our trip, but I will probably NOT use this property again. Not because of Bill and Dale, it is just not the right place for us.

Best location on the beach!!!

The condo was cute and cozy! It is older but well maintained. Awesome view from the balcony! The building had a large pool and two decks, one covered. The building could use updating but that would lead to an increase in price. It really is the best location on the beach and the best value. The owners did an excellent job with corresponding to any questions or concerns that I had. I would recommend this condo and we will be back!!!
