This place was a dump!

The condo was not clean. We could not get into the second bedroom and was told by the property manager to use a fork. An outlet in the bathroom was hanging out of the wall. The pool area had paint coming up around it!!

Nasty condo definitely won’t rent this unit nor will I rent any unit in this complex.

The counter tops were so gross the cabinets were falling in u couldn’t shut the dishwasher without lifting up on counter top. There were receptacle covers that looked replaced but they cut the holes too large so u could see holes throughout the condo all in all this place is a dump. With not a thing to do around there. Also don’t count on getting checked in at 3 expect more like 530ish. Pools were nice except for the guy that dropped the f bomb every two words so we had to leave the pool multiple times bc my 2 year old would pick it up. Elevator only worked about a third of time. Just not a great place to stay. Brutal but honest.

Needs updating but amazing view!

The condo was in need of repair. There were holes in the drywall, loose tiles, broken lights. The couch pull out beds would not be comfortable for sleeping. Luckily we did not need to use them. There was also no lock on the hall bathroom and only a clear shower liner, no curtain. A bit awkward! The view was amazing and we always enjoy staying at this complex. We will be back but maybe in another condo from Sugar Sands Reality. Thanks!

Very dated

Multiple places throughout that had water damage. Floor tiles cracked and lifting up. Disappointed for the price that the unit had not been updated. The second bathroom was a single stall shower. We were expecting a tub and not a stall. We will do better research next time.

Sugar Beach Condo

The only reason I did not give it five stars is that the condo needs some maintenance work and the Master bedroom could use a new mattress. The beach was beautiful and the pools were great as well as the office staff and security. I submitted a list of things that need to be addressed to the front office when I left and hope the ceiling in the master bath and master bedroom are addressed before the Winter rains set in plus even with Drano Max we could not get the bathtub to drain properly - stood in ankle deep water to take a short shower.
