A 2 bedroom unit equipped with a dishwasher, garbage disposal, WIFI, convection oven, refrigerator, cook top, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and DVD player. Park your vehicle in the driveway and walk everywhere or catch the Trolley.
We loved staying here. My husband and I stayed with our 1 year old, grandma and grandpa joined us for a couple of days as well. The layout was perfect for our group and the decor was beautiful. You can't really beat the location, right across from Long Sands near the trolley stop and a little store. There is no air conditioning but it stays cool enough with the fans and windows open. Nights cool down a lot and we didn't even need the fan despite the hot daytime temperatures. We would definitely recommend it and plan on staying here in the future as well! .
In addition to being steps from the beach, this condo is in walking distance to the town center and is on the trolley route. The condo is updated, clean, and well equipped for a family. The owner was very accessible and helpful during our stay.
We could not have been happier with this beautifully appointed two bedroom condo. Kevin was a great host; responded quickly to any questions/concerns. And they have put so much care into creating a warm, comfortable and really well designed space. Everything was new, quality and pleasing. We also really liked the back deck to relax with a cup of coffee and a good book. And you are feet away from one of the best beaches in Maine.
We are so grateful for the extra effort Kevin provided to us. We were coming in to town on New Year's Day to attend an unexpected wake and funeral. Arrangements for our travel and stay were last minute. The condo was perfect in every way. For us, privacy was valued most. Close to the water, which provided solace. The space is perfect for a small family who want to enjoy all the amenities of York and surrounding areas.
