There's also a fold out sofa bed in the living room for one more child or small adult. The unit features a fully equipped, modern kitchen. There is covered parking for up to 2 cars on the property behind automatic gates. The unit is 831 square feet in size. It has a new air conditioner and new window blinds throughout. You can walk across the street to Westgate Center which has numerous shops and restaurants for your enjoyment. Our swimming pool has been totally remodeled (finished in mid-September 2015)with new surface, tile and coping stones. There's also a small exercise room and, of course, high speed Internet, cable TV and HBO. The property is located in West San Jose right next to Saratoga and Cupertino. You can stay here and not need a car since you can walk to shops, grocery and restaurants. This is a very quiet location and there is no smoking allowed and no pets allowed. About Peter Wurr
I grew up in Sunnyvale, CA. I currently live in Long Beach, CA but this property has been in my family since the mid-70's. Back then our one-bedroom apartments (unfurnished) rented for $165/mo. Those may have been the good old days, but today the building is better than ever. Although I'm not nearby, I have an outstanding resident manager team who help me manage this unit. It has excellent freeway access to get you where you need to go and yet it is close enough to shops and groceries that you don't have to drive at all.

Very clean and well appointed.
Property was very clean. Good location, close to shopping, restaurants. We did not cook but kitchen had everything one one need. Plenty of towels and linens. Only negative was noises of living room heating/ ac unit in living room. We had family in area so basically used apartment for sleeping.
Place was great!
My company had business in San Jose and stayed here for 5 days. It was really great, we were working ~12 hour days and the beds were so comfortable in both rooms. Will stay here again next time if we can!

The property managers greeted me when I arrived and walked me through the property. It was a nicely remodeled apartment. It was a great location for where I was working and for being able to walk to dinner. If I have to be in the area for work again, I would look for this apartment. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
It was fabulous ! The bedrooms need bigger fans for cooling and larger trash cans.
The kitchen was great with all the pots and pans and utinsels. The living room was large and the air conditioning was great. The bathroom was spotless. Overall we enjoyed it very much.
Immaculate property, centrally located
We had sold our home and stayed here for a month before moving out of the area. The condo is extremely clean and had more than enough amenities for our stay, for a family of 4.
This property is located right next to Westgate. The closest VRBO area I could select is Santana Row. This is not specifically Santana Row so please check the map to clarify the location for yourself.
