Excellent Experience!

  • 5 of 5

We had a great time at the house. It was spacious and cozy. It's in a great location too. Easy drive to Seven Springs and nice little hike to the waterfall. Only warning we have - careful with the electric fence bordering the backyard neighbor.

Cozy and perfect for our get away

  • 5 of 5

The Mill Run was a fantastic get away for our spontaneous ski trip. This house fits 7 people very comfortably and everything was up to date and very modern. I wanted to point out the details in the bathroom and how well kept this house was. The basement was the perfect hang out spot for our family plenty of space and very cozy. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit 7 spring.

Beautiful, clean, well maintained property!

  • 5 of 5

We were very pleased with our experience at the property. It was very nicely decorated and updated and had plenty of room for our family and small dog. We had a great day skiing on Sunday , and since it was only 15 minutes from Seven Springs, we were able to come home during the day to take care of our dog and rest a bit before going back for evening skiing. My husband likes to cook, so we found the kitchen pretty well stocked. Only things we had trouble with were there were no baking pans and the can opener wouldn't work properly. Other than that, everything was awesome and we would definitely go back. Thank you, Mr. Brooks, for sharing your home with us!

Exactly what we were looking for

  • 5 of 5

The place was perfect for what we needed. Great location (we went rafting in Ohiopyle, 15 minutes down the road) and fit all 11 of us fairly easily (we used 1 air mattress).

The trail to the river was a little overgrown in spots, but if you follow the orange markers you'll get there easily.

The campfire area is a perfect spot to spend the evening and unwind, and the gas grill worked as expected.

10 out of 10, would stay again!

Great house...great location

  • 5 of 5

The house was large, clean, and well equipped. The rec room in the basement was a favorite, especially the jukebox. The trail to the waterfall was well marked with orange ribbons and paint, but because of the rain during our stay the trail was very treacherous. The central location was perfect since some of the things we did included rafting at Laurel Highlands, zip lining at Seven Springs, visiting Wright's Fallingwater, and lots of hiking. I would definitely recommend staying at the Mill Run Manor.

This is our second year staying here and it was fantastic yet again.

The house is always clean and kept up to date. With the house being close to Ohiopyle and also the river a few miles down the path behind the house there is plenty to do. But in case of bad weather there is fast internet, nice tvs, jukebox and more to keep you busy in the house.

One of the most important things I look for is how the home owner is - Robert is extremely kind and helpful, as well as being easy to get a hold of. I highly recommend staying at Roberts Mill Run Manor.

We will definitely be back next year!
