About James or Tricia Bell
James and I had 5 sons and one daughter. We pastor the church of God in Sapulpa going on the 23rd year. We take several missions trips to Mexico each year and several week day trips throughout the year. We enjoy home improvement projects, keeping a vegetable garden, and flower beds around our home. Tricia has been a Pampered Chef consultant for 23 years and loves sharing cooking tips at her shows. We have 18 grand children. All of our children own their own businesses and live within 25 miles of us. We are christians and we aim to live a peaceful life full of integrity and godly wisdom. James was born and reared here in Tulsa. Tricia was born in California, speaks fluent Spanish, and was raised in Baja California where her father, James Huskey was a missionary. We love and are very active with our family and our church family.

Why James or Tricia Bell chose Sapulpa
We want to share the blessing of living in a quiet place where one can shut out the media completely and focus on real tangible nature. Our property used to be the Bartlett Collins Employee Recreational Park in the sixties. There is a magical air of peace and quiet rest in this place.
What makes this Farmhouse unique
Enjoy our beautiful waterfall that cascades down big rocks between 2 flower gardens. Enjoy taking the boys fishing in the pond or down at the lake. Go exploring or hog hunting in the woods. Limo Farmhouse Visit
We found this place that was close to the wedding venue and we could not have found a much better place. The house was very accommodating for a large family stay and it met our expectation. We had to prepare and host the wedding rehearsal dinner and farmhouse kitchen was large and had all the amenities we need to pull off the event. We only wished for warmer weather to enjoy the pool but that was mother natures downfall. The owner Tricia and James were there every step of the way and responsive to all requests. If you need a place to stay for a big family, this is the perfect place. This farmhouse will not disappoint you and my family loved every minute of our stay there and we wished we could've stayed longer. I will definitely return to this farmhouse, its our family hidden gem. Thank you Tricia and James for using your home for our family stay.
Our two day stay was lovely, we loved everything about the house will definitely plan to go back!
Our family had a wonderful time at this country home! My kids loved all the toys to play with and the swing set. The landscaping is absolutely beautiful. We had so much fun roasting marshmallows in the fire pit and enjoying the weather from their sunroom. They have a grill and lots of seating on their back porch. The kitchen is fully-equipped. There was ample space for my large family. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a quiet getaway where they can enjoy the outdoors.
Perfect for our needs
Thank you for the provision of a really nice place to stay and enjoy family time. So many little touches of kindness - we had a great time!
Thank you, Louise. It is our delight to bring families together to strengthen that sense of belonging. We are so glad you all enjoyed our get away.
We truly enjoyed staying at this farmhouse home. Trish has every convenience available in the kitchen—just have to look for it! They made space for us to put our stuff but it’s easy to lose when it’s packed in with everything else so I’d advise not over-packing. We kayaked from the lake and had a wonderful time exploring up the rivers. Thank you for opening up your house to us!
A wonderful, spacious & secluded getaway
This was such a great secluded home and lots of land to check out. Our family of 4 adults and 4 kids loved this area. We played in the huge yard and pool for hours. All of us never missed the lack of TV in the house.
James & Tricia even had turnovers and muffins waiting for us upon arrival. They were always ready to help via text at any time.
I would highly recommend this to anyone.

The most important attraction is the quiet sounds of nature, the wide open space that is private, and the restful waterfall in the yard. There is no TV to pull one away from the beauty of nature.
