This property is unique in that it offers a true Arizona experience. It has a wonderful private covered outdoor living area with a wood stone fireplace, new stainless BBQ and patio furniture for outdoor entertaining, or relaxing in the morning and evening with desert views. It is close to grocery stores, golfing, hiking trails, restaurants, shopping and is in close proximity to the Mayo Clinic and Hospital. There is a community pool to swim in. The dining room has a large table for social dinners and can accommodate 6-8 people with all amenities. Flat screen TV's, cable and WiFi are provided. There are high end cooking , bedding and bathing amenities. The two bedrooms will sleep 4 people with an additional capacity to sleep 2-4 more people on high loft blowup beds. Two adult bikes and a one child's bike are provided.
I grew up in Arizona and always wanted to own a home in the foothills of North Scottsdale. I currently live in Colorado, but enjoy coming to the Valley of the Sun for a true Arizona experience and have put great care into furnishing this home to be comfortable and relaxing.

I looked for years to find the right property. I fell in love with this property because of the private outdoor living area, which includes a wonderful rock fireplace. It has a hacienda feel to it, which I love. I have updated the home with new Saltillo tile and other improvements to keep the character of the property in tact.
Outdoor covered patio with wood burning fireplace and new tile roof. Vista views of the dessert from the private courtyard and master bedroom balcony. Second fireplace in living room. Saltillo tile and cement floors throughout. All new appliances including washer and dryer.
The location of this property was very convenient for us. It was near everything we wanted to do and to our son's home. The property owner went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed, answered all our questions and set up the sleeping arrangements (beds) before we arrived.
The living space was very neat and clean. The sleeping arrangements were good and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary utensil's and the bathrooms had appropriate supplies. The use of a washer and dryer were an added convenience, especially with young children (ages 1 and 2). The outdoor living space was very nice and furnished with comfortable, relaxing furniture.
The garage wasn't quite big enough for a full size vehicle (van) so it was not used for parking. With it being the Thanksgiving holiday, the phone rang at various times during our stay, including in the evenings while our younger children were trying to sleep. This was completely understandable, but we felt it wasn't our place to answer, disconnect or turn it off. Not a huge inconvenience but maybe should have given us a heads up or direction on how to handle this.
Overall, was a great stay. We definitely would consider staying here again. In fact our oldest granddaughter (2yrs) called this her Arizona home during our stay. And it truly was for the week. Thank you!
We found the property to be very clean and comfortable with everything we needed to make our 2-1/2 week stay feel like home. All the amenities, including the WiFi worked well. We especially enjoyed the courtyard area, with its fireplace, patio furniture and all the flowers. The mountain and cactus' views from the courtyard were beautiful. The entire condo complex was very quiet and the neighbors were welcoming and friendly. I was even invited to go golfing with a couple of those neighbors.
The owner, Marilyn, was friendly and easy to work with. We would recommend this property to others and will plan to stay there again.
The property is in close proximity to several golf courses including Grey Hawk, Troon, TCP, etc. It is also close to many large shopping centers including Kirlands and High Street. There are many hiking trails close by such as Pinnacle Peak. Several wonderful restaurants are in close proximity, as well as many upscale grocery stores including AJ's which is less than half a mile from the property. The property is approximately 8 miles from the Mayo Clinic & Hospital.
