Tucked away securely on the top floor of one of Cape Town's prettiest historical buildings, this studio looks out onto bustling Adderley Street below. Situated right at the heart of Cape Town's central district, it's two blocks away from the peace of Company's Gardens & the parties of famous Long Street. Light, airy and beautifully renovated in the style of a Parisian pied-à-terre, it's fitted with all the amenities you'll need for a comfortable stay.

The apartment comprises a spacious studio with a separate bathroom and a sunken lounge. The kitchen includes a 2-plate stove, a microwave and a small fridge, as well as a smoothie maker, toaster and other appliances. In response to concerns about the current drought facing down Cape Town, guests are kindly requested to keep their water usage to the absolute minimum.

Though privately owned, the studio is a part of the Bijoux Aparthotel, so there's a concierge on duty in the beautiful off-street lobby. The apartment's large windows all open out onto bustling Adderley Street, giving the sense of being right in the middle of the vibrant and dynamic city of Cape Town. By about 8pm, the street quietens down -- and things get very peaceful with the curtains drawn!

There are dozens of restaurants within walking distance of the apartment that provide a variety of cuisine. Ethiopian, fusion sushi, Thai and local bunny chow are some of the highlights. There are also several grocery stores nearby to buy healthy food and necessities from.

The studio features a king-size bed and a comfy couch, suitable for an extra visitor for a night or two. Guests have access to a roof-deck with views of Lion's Head, as well as a second deck at The Adderley next door for more space. Unfortunately due to the severe drought Cape Town is currently enduring, the large pool has been taken out of use indefinitely to adhere to water regulations;

but the small pool on the roof is still in operation. Guests also have access to a small but well-equipped gym and a laundry.

There is a parking bay for the apartment, accessible on the same floor.
