Located on a small, quiet cul-de-sac just across the street from the planned golfing community of Golf Hammock, you can easily walk from your house to the clubhouse. If you want to try another course, the Sebring area offers another 16 or so courses from which to choose. With so many courses in the area, Sebring offers some of the lowest golfing fees in Florida.

Located in central Florida about 70 miles south of Orlando, Sebring is just over an hour from Disney, Orlando, Tampa, and beaches on either coast.
Furnishings include: MBR with queen bed and large walk-in closet, bath with adult-height vanity and oversized ceramic shower. Guest Bedroom 1 has a queen bed; Guest Bedroom 2 is set up as an office with computer desk and has a full size sleeper couch for the ocassional guest. Both guest rooms share a bath. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to entertain in both dishware and appliances. There’s a laundry room with front load washer and dryer. There are three flat screen TV’s and a Sony DVD entertainment system. The Florida room features a Florida-style sofa and flat screen TV, with access to the patio with privacy blocks and an awning to keep the sun out. A book and video library will add to your relaxation. All you need to bring is your suitcase, golf clubs and toothbrush – all other housewares and linens are provided.

My husband, Sam, and I bought this house when it was nearly new just a few years back. We fully furnished it the way we'd want it to be if it were our permanent home. We were living in Va at the time and only got to come down a couple times a year. Since then, we've moved to Sebring full time and bought a house just a couple miles from this home. I'm a Realtor with Country Club Realty here in Sebring and Sam owns HandySam's Handyman services, Inc. We continually upgrade and keep the house updated and looking good. We've been fortunate to have guests that want a house a bit above the average in cleanliness and furnishings, and they've taken good care of during their stays.

The guest that just checked in commented that pictures don't always show the true condition of the house and furnishings. But our pictures didn't do the house justice - it's even better in person. That's what we hope all of our guest think.
Great location - minutes from EVERYTHING! The park is a mile down the walk path one direction. They YMCA is a mile up the path. You're directly across the street from Golf Hammock and a Day Spa. Rt 27 is just a couple miles up the road with restaurants, medical, shopping, etc.
What a wonderful house. Pictures accurately portrayed the home and furnishings and amenities. My wife and I enjoyed the patio and access to the walking trail and Golf Hammock golf course. Our friends who visited were really impressed with the home and furnishings and said that the place's that they were staying did not even compare. We agreed with them and considered our place a gem. The owners gladly worked with us on short notice so we wouldn't have to relocate from hotels / extended stay but go straight to the house.
As the other reviewers have said this is a very nice house in a convenient location. My husband is an avid golfer, so he really enjoyed having the golf course located just across the street. The trail which runs right by the house is great for people who walk, run or bicycle. The park is nearby, and there are a number of restaurants and stores just minutes away.
The house itself is accurately portrayed in the photos. The furniture and appliances are fairly new and very nice. I also liked the landscaping. There are flowers and shrubs around the house, giving it a homey appearance, and a hedge surrounds the yard, providing privacy.
All in all, it's a really nice place to stay if you're visiting Sebring.
This is not just an agerage house. It looks just like the pictures and could be a model home. There are three houses forming a cul de sac carved out of the woods along the highway. The three driveways to the houses form a large patio which we shared with the very friendly owners of the other homes for evening drinks and friendly conversation. But you also have a private patio from the sunroom which offers privacy. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and the newer high counters as well as front loading washer and dryer. The master bedroom has an extra thick mattress as well as high sinks in both baths. This all makes it difficult for "little old ladies" and children. The walking path is wonderful and you are close to all shopping.
Wow, this house was wonderful. I stayed there with my family, and we loved it. It was very up to date, comfortrable, and central to everything we wanted to do. We were less than an hour and a half from the gulf coast, less than an hour and a half from the atlantic coast, less than an hour and a half from Disney, and fourty minutes away from Okachobee.
Plus, we were really close to the Bok Gardens which was amazing. Another big plus was the walking trail that went in front of the house, and the fact that we were only a mile from the Highland Hammock State Park, the oldest park in the state. Which is perfect if you like riding bikes, hiking, or if you just want to see what Florida originally looked like.
We also loved Sebring, because it was big enough to have anything we really wanted, but wasn't hectic. It was just perfect for us. This house makes me want to come live in Florida. Seriously, the whole experience was wonderful.

Rent paid in advance. Timing of final payment based on length and time of stay. Florida has a mandatory 9% tax on rentals less than 6 months. Prefer minimum 3 month stay between Jan and March. Pet and damage deposit fee based on case by case basis.
