Welcome to Camp Sunset which is the rarest of rentals on Oneida Lake because it has it all! No compromises here! There are very few rentals that are not on top of one another with a sandy beach, HUGE YARD, gorgeous sunsets over the water, dock, huge yard (size of a soccer field) and located on a private road (very quiet and lots of privacy) and still be within 10 minutes of Turning Stone Casino, Sylvan Beach, the Boxing Hall of Fame and the Town of Canastota (close to a grocery store and Rite Aid). . Our property has undergone a complete facelift and has all the amenities. Behind the house is wooded. A four bedroom cottage with an eat-in kitchen and living room. The yard is large enough for lots of outdoor activities and the 300 feet of lawn runs down to a sandy beach and beautiful area for swimming for children of all ages. Approximately 50 feet of lake front with a sandy beach and 950 ft of shore to explore. The Dock sits in 2 to 2.5 ft of water. Lots of room to roam and plenty of parking. The sun sets over the water and can be seen from the outside or inside the house from the large picture windows or sliding glass doors. Large beach area for campfires as night.
Pets allowed - $75 per pet

We had a wonderful time staying at Sunset Camp! The name says it all. Very large front yard. We had plenty of room for all five of us. Owner was very helpful if we needed it. Highly recommend this place to anyone, especially with children. We hope to be back!
This is one of the nicest camps we have ever rented. Clean, comfortable and cozy. The neighborhood is so peaceful, and the view from the huge picture window in the kitchen is priceless. Brian was attentive to our every need without being obtrusive. We highly recommend this lovely camp to anyone, young or old.
The house is on a beautiful, large property at the end of the lake. We had plenty of room for our large group, very comfortable! The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed to have a carefree stay. We'll definitely be back next year!
Despite the fishing being off i could not imagine a better place to pass the time. The house was so close to the water, and the location was not far from places to eat and see. The house had a great TV, and everything we wanted on our trip. Including a fire pit on the beach. I would love to go back with my family. I highly recommend this place.
The house is so good, it is exactly like they advertised it. We were there for my daughter Graduation form Colgate university. We all have fun. Brian and his wife are so helpful , we felt like home ,except the sunset view and the nice yard where my dog and my children enjoyed it.
My family and I stayed here for Memorial Day weekend and were amazed at everything this cottage had to offer. We had our fourteen month old son with us who just loved running around in the huge yard. There was a lot of space to relax and enjoy the lake view! This cottage has everything you could possibly need! Brian was very accommodating and was quick to answer my questions via email and texts! Would highly recommend this location. We hope to return next year!
