You are right around the corner from Rovers’ coach pick up point so you can stumble your way home without a worry. You and your guests will be sleeping on quality mattresses with luxurious Sheraton linen that will keep you in bed longer, especially in the winter months.
The house comprises of an open plan living area with a large kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, all with built in robes. We have a single mattress in the master bedroom cupboard if necessary.
The bed configuration is:
1. Master bedroom with Queen bed
2. Second bedroom with Queen bed
3. Third bedroom with Double bed
Soak up the afternoon sun on the sundrenched deck with a glass of wine or pack a light picnic and stroll down Ann Street to discover the hidden away pond.

We use automatic password protected locks which provide easy & hassle free access for all our guests. We are always available on the phone during your stay.
Access to the property will be with a unique code sent to you via SMS prior to your arrival.
The house is situated in a quiet street on a cornerblock. We have friendly neighbours and are a short walk to the nearest cornerstore (Allandale Road and Jurd Street).
Pop into Aldi, Coles or Woolies which is a five minute drive to grab any essentials or order in at our favourite Thai place on Vincent Street.
There's a Liquorland and Richies Supa IGA if you aren't here for the wineries.
And if you feel like some entertainment, you can wander into town and have dinner at the voted best pub restaurant in 2014, Royal Oak Hotel. In the opposite direction is Potter's Brewery or Harrigan's Irish Pub where there is always something happening.
A great way to see some of the best wineries in NSW are by or which also include booking your trips to and from concerts and events around the Hunter.
A lot of people like the idea of bike riding but personally with the heat and distance between wineries, do yourself a favour and get chauffered or arrange a desi driver.
