House, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Sleeps 8
About Lynn Kiraly
My husband and I had been coming to the Adirondacks since we were teenagers. We swam in the clear lakes in summer, hiked the high peaks and camped in the fall and skied in the winter. As our children began to grow it became clear it was time to buy our own little piece of paradise. Soon we were bringing them, and their friends for weeks or weekends at this lovely home. So many wonderful memories have been made here, we invite you and your family to come and do the same.
Lynn Kiraly purchased this House in 2001

Great spot for fall hikes
We’ve (4 adults) stayed here twice now for October hiking in Adirondack park. Very convenient location for this. Afterward we’d sit at the lake with cocktails and after dinner enjoy the fireplace. A very fun time.
Perfect location, beautiful home
Loved the location, easy access to hiking, and lake George attractions. Beautiful home, well maintained and comfortable. Owners were accessible if needed, but the very helpful welcome book had all the information!
Thank you again for sharing your home!
Great location, lots of privacy, close to everything!
This secluded home has all the amenities, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, privacy, close to the lake (private dock steps away) and close to Lake George, Chestertown, Glens Falls and Lake Placid. Beautiful setting. If you are looking for a quiet setting near to town but still in the woods/lake area, this place is it! The owner is very prompt in replying and insures that all needs are met for a pleasant stay.
Thank you so much. We treat our guests they way we would like to be treated! Glad you enjoyed your stay.
The Loon Lake property nicely met our requirements. If we were to undertake a similar vacation in the future, we would definately consider this Loon Lake property.
We are glad we met your expectations, but really strive to exceed your expectations! Your suggestions as to what we can do to give you a five star experience next time are greatly appreciated.
Great trip with friends
Beautiful house in a great location, convenient to Lake George and all the Adirondacks have to offer. Would happily stay here again.
This is a very nice, private home with a shared beach and dock area located a short distance, across the road. You can picnic, sun bathe, or swim right there. We spent hours just hanging out there. The water was very clean, and comfortable, we really enjoyed floating around on tubes we brought with us. . If you have a small boat, (16' is what I have) you can dock it right there, on their new dock, which is very convenient. The house is well supplied, with almost anything you might need. We had a power outage while there for about 8 hours, due to a tree falling, but did not let it spoil our fun. We played pictionary by candle light until we retired for the night. It was nice to get the kids off of their phones! There are plenty of good restaurants within a few minutes drive, but our favorite was the Main Street Ice Cream Parlor. They serve breakfast lunch, dinner, and ice cream! If you want to head to the high mountains, it's a little over an hour to White face. There are lots of small shops you can browse within about 15 minutes, and short excursions to Schroon, or Brant lake. Even groceries are just 10 minutes away, in Chestertown. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful spot to get away!
We are so glad you and your family enjoyed your time at the lake, even with the tree taking out a power line. We appreciate you being such good sports about this!
And thanks for sharing the picture of the huge fish you caught and then grilled on the bbq. Doesn't get better than that.
Hope to see you again.
