The property is located in Telluride Lodge, between W. Colorado Ave. (Main Street) and W. Pacific Ave. and is located directly across from Lift 7/Coonskin, lift ticket office, Telluride Sports equipment rentals and along the Galloping Goose town bus loop. It is within walking distance to Main Street and downtown Telluride''s restaurants and shops. There are restaurants, liquor store and coffee in the Davis/Pacific neighborhood just one block away. Each season, rental revenues are reinvested in the property: 2017 enhancements include a NEW SOFA SLEEPER AND DAYBED in the living area; 2016 enhancements included a NEW KING BED with new bedding, new refrigerator with ice/water dispenser and new lighting.The carpet, floors and interior are professionally cleaned. I listen to guest comments and have enjoyed many repeat travelers.

All Telluride Lodge units are individually owned and managed--this is a spacious one-bedroom, one and a half bath condominium in downtown Telluride within walking distance to festivals & Main St., close to river trail and bus stop. Telluride Lodge is one of the original complexes in town, located on one of the largest (5+ acre) parcels in the Town of Telluride which allows for open space, gas grills and off-street parking. Purchased in 2000, this property underwent a complete interior renovation from the studs out including drywall & insulation, electrical, plumbing, windows--and of course, interior finishes.

If you are familiar with Telluride, Telluride Lodge is located between W. Pacific Avenue and West Main Street--close to the new market, There Bar, Siam and river trail with the town bus stop right across the street. It is across from Telluride Ski Resort/Chair 7, river trail and on the Galloping Goose bus route if apres ski lasts longer than anticipated. Live like a local in this complex that is occupied by visitors and locals alike. Many purchase in Telluride Lodge because the units offer more square footage and larger spaces in comparison to other complexes (Viking Lodge and Boomerang). This unit is located within the western-most Telluride Lodge building with views of Telluride Ski Area/Milk Run. It has over 800+square feet of interior living space with an 100 square foot private deck and private courtyard. Plenty of natural light from added windows. Hardwood floors, granite & travertine tops, stainless appliances, crown molding, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, in-ceiling speakers in LR, Bedroom and Master Bath, 2-zone heating. Private entrance with large deck and landscaped courtyard. Convenient parking directly outside entrance.

The property is perfect for a single, couple or young family. There is a pack & play and other childrens' accessories available upon request. It is not necessarily ideal for adults groups with full grown adults sleeping on the pullout or air mattress--someone usually gets the short end of the stick...

Property manager was very accommodating. Brought us a bottle of wine because we could not get into the hot tub the first night. I told her it wasn't necessary but she brought it anyways. Thanks Peggy!

Very convenient location.

Our first trip to Telluride was fabulous. Peggy (the owner) supplied ground coffee, bagels and cream cheese to make us feel welcome. She was very proactive to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. The location near Lift 7, the grocery store and town was so convenient. We did not need a car. I would recommend this ski getaway! Suzanne

Awesome Condo!

Our stay in at the condo made our visit to Telluride truly a vacation. It was very very close to the lift and walking distance to restaurants and the gondola. The condo was spacious for the two of us and comfortable! The owner was extremely helpful and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Had a great time in Telluride and enjoyed our stay in this well furnished condo.

This condo was well located to do everything. Can walk to lift or walk to covered transit stop for free ride to Gondola or downtown. Kitchen has everything for cooking and a gas grill was in court yard for us to use for hamburgers and steaks. King bed is very comfortable and the box fan came in handy in the closet for a little added noise at night. Perfect sound machine. Had a good meal and music at RGB, great margaritas at The Last Dollar Saloon. Peggy was very accommodating and let us unload a little early and even brought us some goodies for our stay. Very pleasant experience.
