2 large porches, 1 picnic table on front porch, 3 picnic tables on back porch
We rented this cabin for spring break week to have a little down time as a family. It was great and had more than enough room for everyone. The fireplace is wonderful, the kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked and thoughtfully appointed. The only down side was that the bedrooms aren't very private as the ceilings are open at the top, as is the ceiling in the bathrooms. There's a gap of a few inches at the top of the walls. Let's just say that we didn't have to worry about my son and his wife getting pregnant that week. Overall, great location, great price, easy to get to and well-stocked. We actually had to go and buy some of the games that we found at the cabin so we'd have them at home. The owners were very easy to work with and responded to all questions immediately.
We could not have been happier with our experience at this amazing cabin! We were a group of moms with way too many kids. There were beds everywhere upstairs for the kids to find a place to rest up when they weren't busy having fun. The kitchen had everything we needed to keep everyone fed and happy with food we found in Payson on the way there (try to stop rather than rely on the two small/expensive stores nearby).
This was such a perfect way to get out of the heat and let the kids enjoy the outdoors.
Thanks so much for opening your cabin up to us!
This was a great get away. This cabin is fully stocked, dont worry if they will have the cooking utensils you might need because they will. I forgot a few things and it didnt matter because the cabin had it all. Lots of sleeping room. Great place to cool off and take the kids and pets! Its a family owned cabin and full of character. The owners were great people.
While out on a back road we even saw a bear! Beautiful scenery.
