Apartment Danielle is a first floor flat 400m from the beach and close by other lovely beaches and the aqua blue waters of the cape Puntinak. It has stunning sea views from its balcony and there is also a lovely courtyard at the back surrounded by Mediterranean plants, an ideal place to grill supper and eat. The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood so makes for a very peaceful holiday.

The nearest restaurant is 300m away and the closest village is Sumartin, it has long & authentic fishing tradition and is 4km away. The area is hilly so access to the beach is by a flight of steps from in front of the apartment.

The apartment comprises a living room and off this a kitchen diner. Sleeping for 6 is in a double bedroom plus twin bedroom with 2 single beds and on the sofabed in the living room.

There is a private parking lot for the apartment block.

Come in the high season of July & August & you’ll find Puntinak quiet and peaceful with Sumartin being vibrant with life with holidaymakers from all over Europe. Try out Dalmatian cuisine and sample the friendly bars and cafes of the village. Get up early in dawn and participate in fisherman’s daily routine.

Getting to Brac: Take the 45 minute car ferry from Split harbour. Split harbour is 20 kilometres from Split airport. The crossing takes about 45 minutes. The cost per person is approx 5 Euro. From Supetar to Sumartin - Puntinak is 40 km.

Getting to the Property: You will checkin at the office of Dalmatian Property Management in Supetar. The office is 200 m from the ferry port. We will supply you with photo directions how to get to the apartment. And will give you information about the region, supermarkets, restaurants and cultural events you might visit during your stay. You will feel completely looked after. And in a case you need anything else DPM personnel will be happy to help.

siamo stati nell' agosto 2010 , l' appartamento è molto bello , con tutti gli accessori , il terrazzo vista mare dove si può cenare al fresco , un giardino comodo per cucinare al grill , il bagno è grande , niente problemi di parchggio e la strada è comoda . Il mare vicino non è mai affollato , ci sono scogli belli , le acque sono pulite . A noi è piaciuto tanto e aggiungiamo una nota in più , la serietà dell' Agenzia e l simpatia della signorina Branka , sempre sorridente e disponibile. L' isola di Brac è davvero bella , tutta da visitare e il paesino di Sumartin è silenzioso . Al mattino si può comprare il pesce fresco appena sbarcato , noi lo abbiamo fatto .

Consigliamo questo posto sia alle coppie giovani , meno giovani , chi ha figli ... c'è spazio per tutti .

Apartment Danielle is a nice place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the sea and of the mountains. It is well equiped for a self cattering vacantion and looks exactly like the pictures in the description.

The view is really beautifull, from the balcony you can see the coast mountains, the see and island Hvar. It is situated in a house up on the hill above all other houses and you can enjoy a nice grill in the back of the house (where you can find the rozmarin bushes and the pine forest above).

You can swim in a privat small golf 200 m down from the house (on stairs) or you can go to other small peable beaches in the area.

We had a great time so we reccomend the apartment :)

Ruhiger Urlaubsort zum Wohlfühlen

Als Familie mit 2 fast erwachsenen Kindern haben wir uns in dem modern eingerichteten Appartment sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Angaben und Fotos im Online-Inserat entsprachen in jeder Hinsicht der Wirklichkeit, alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich, als wir ankamen.

Das Appartment liegt etwas außerhalb des kleinen Fischer- und Fährortes Sumartin, man kann gut zu Fuß (allerding an der Straße entlang) dorthin gehen, für größere Einkäufe sollte man allerdings schon eine Fahrgelegenheit haben. Für Menschen, die mit dem Treppensteigen aus irgendwelchen Gründen Probleme haben, ist die Wohnung nicht geeignet, es sind schon einige Stufen zum Appartment hinauf - und noch mehr zum kleinen Kiesstrand hinunter - zu überwinden.

Besonders lobend hervorheben möchten wir die Agentur von Dalmatian Property Management in Supetar, mit deren Mitarbeiterinnen wir schon im Vorfeld per E-Mail einen guten informellen Kontakt hatten, die uns bei Ankunft auf der Insel Schlüssel, Infos und gute Ratschläge gaben, und die uns später - als wir wegen Schwierigkeiten mit unserem Auto Unterstützung benötigten - sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite standen. Danke - thank you - hvala!

Try out Dalmatian cuisine and sample the friendly bars and cafes of the village. Get up early in dawn and participate in fisherman’s daily routine. Alternatively rent a car and visit famous beaches of Island, ride to mountain Vidova Gora and visit the highest peak of Dalmatian islands that provides spectacular view almost to the Italy. If you take 45-minute ferry ride from Sumartin to the town of Makarska you can wander through the one of the most famous tourist resorts in Croatia or visit Split and its 1700-year-old alleyways of the Diocleceans Palace. For a quiet holiday come in April-June or September/October. Easy and regular access to the mainland makes it a great place for a convenient base from which to visit the historic sites of Split.
