This character home has been modernized, while keeping much of its historic charm. Warm and inviting with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, Its located a very convenient and central neighborhood, only a short 10 minutes drive to Downtown. You're also only a 2 minute drive away from the Commercial Drive historical district, an area loaded with, restaurants, supermarkets, transit, and plenty of amenities.

The main floor boasts an open concept with high ceilings, and gets plenty of light from all directions. This Magnificent home is charming and relaxing; complete with a gas fireplace, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. A pair of French doors opens up onto a large deck, which in turn leads you to a beautiful backyard. All bedroom are on the upper level. There is a sofa-bed on the main level.

There is another suite in the basement of the property with a totally separate entrance, way in the back of the property. You are totally separated from them.

If you have a car, you can park it in the back parking pad. You will have keys for your suite.

I will give you they keys when you first arrive, and show you around the house if you would like. After the orientation, I will give your all the privacy that you need. However, my phone will be on for you all day, should you need anything at all.

Awesome “truly Vancouverite” stay

Wonderful, open plan heritage-style Vancouver house. And clean. Ken was excellent in his quick replies and accomodated our request to drop off luggage earlier than the check-in time. We had a family reunion at this home and it was magic. Many stairs on front and back doors, but with sold rails for anyone with mobility issues (but not for wheelchair). We’d make a booking again for the next Vancouver stay.

Girls’ getaway.

Pleasant stay. House is in a safe, walkable neighborhood with dining options about 3/4 mile away. The home is spacious with comfortable beds. Kitchen has plenty of dishes. Appliances are worn. Stairs to get into house and up to bedrooms. We arrived on a snowy day and found the walkways cleared for our safety. We very much appreciated the off street parking.
