This spacious, elegant 2 BR apartment is the whole top floor of our historic limestone townhouse in Ditmas/Flatbush. Only 25 min to Wall Street. Short walk to the 2&5& Q train.

Perfect for family or two couples or group that like to share and have their own privacy as well.

The apartment has two bedrooms, a dressing room with large wardrobe, a study, dining area, full kitchen, washer-dryer, and large air conditioned living room with 60" smart TV.

The two air-conditioned bedrooms are situated at either end of the apartment. There is a TV in the master bedroom. There is also a chair-bed and a large sofa which can be used for extra guests.

Towels and linens and kitchen utensils are all provided.

Why William chose Flatbush - Ditmas Park

We moved to Brooklyn from the West Village, Manhattan, and we just love it. It is peaceful and quiet yet has plenty of shopping around. We are a stone's throw from the supermarket, the Gap, Old Navy, Staples, and the newly renovated and restored Kings Theater, and the subway makes it easy to go to Manhattan.

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment has all you need for comfortable, easy living. There is a washer and dryer, dish washer, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and fully equipped kitchen.

There are two flat screen TVs (60" in the living room) with premium channels.This is what our guest say:

Apartment was as it appears on site . Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Location was perfect . Owners are helpful, gracious and available. Will definitely be back.

Great! We loved it!

Lots of space, good decoration, comfortable, clean, interesting area.

This is a great apartment and we really enjoyed staying here. We would recommend you give it a try. We needed a space to have some 'down time' which this apartment provided.

We actually enjoyed staying away from the hustle of Manhattan but it was easy to walk a few blocks to get the subway and travel into town. The neighbourhood was very friendly.

Wonderful apartment

I stayed here for 22 nights and really had the best time! The apartment is so great: very spacious, very clean, very cosy and comfy, I felt so at home.

I was welcomed by William who gave lots of information concerning subway, shops, restaurants (I had the best salads at café Madeline). The neighbourhood is great and very safe: everything you need is within walking distance. Later I met Yardena, she’s really the sweetest person! If I needed something or had a question, I only had to text her and she replied immediately.

To reach Manhattan by subway, you need approx. 30 to 45 minutes.Most of the times I took line 5 to get there, but if you take the Q you cross the Manhattan Bridge and have a marvellous view on the Brooklyn Bridge.

I did the last part of my marathontraining while staying here, and did most of the running in Prospect Park, about 1 mile away. I was amazed at how many people were running there each day, it made my hard trainings somehow easier! On one of my trainings I ran from the apartment to Brooklyn Heights, crossed the Manhattan Bridge and then got back. That was so amazing.

I was also very happy with the big washing machine and dryer in the apartment.

If I could I would give 10 stars, but there’s only 5 to give ;-)

I definitely hope to come back sometime!

Prospect Lefferts Gardens is a colorful, multi-cultural area with a multitude of shops, malls, gyms, a newly restored live theater (Kings Theater), and easy access to Manhattan. The apartment at 2463 Bedford Avenue is just 6 minutes from the nearest subway (25 minutes to Manhattan), and a stone's throw to the Kings Theater, several gyms, Sears, the Gap, Stop and Shop, and a host of other shops. The area is known as "Little Manhattan" because of all the leisure and commercial facilities it has to offer.
