It features a full sofa, a flat-screen HDTV for watching the latest blockbuster movie or sporting event and a wet bar with a full refrigerator for great convenience. This level also features a bedroom with a Duo bunk (Twin over Double) and a full hall bath. The kids will no doubt claim this space as their own and you may not see them again all week! Just make sure to bring the game consoles!

The first level is a great room with vaulted ceilings for an airy, open feel. Furnished with a beautiful royal blue sofa and coordinating chairs, it's a very soothing space and will provide a wonderful oasis for the whole group. Hardwood floors, thoughtful accent pieces and classic beach decor just add to a great experience. A large flat panel HDTV entices you to sit down with friends and family and take in the latest blockbuster movie together or discover a favorite new TV show. It's so easy to enjoy each other's company here!

A sleek modern and updated kitchen awaits the family chef. You will create your masterpieces in style with plenty of wood cabinets, granite countertops, tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and a large island with pendant light fixtures. The large kitchen island with seating for 3 provides plenty of space for company and conversation as the chef works on his or her creation. The dark wood dining table seats 6 and provides a lovely backdrop for great conversation, laughter and plan-making!

As you make your way through the sliding glass doors from the kitchen, you will find your very own private balcony. It's a lovely spot to watch the community either wake up or wind down as you enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine from this perch above the street. You may even decide to dine out here!

Two King En Suites grace this second level. The first features a distressed wood bedroom set, a flat screen HDTV and a bath with a tiled walk-in shower. The second King En Suite is complete with a full dark wood bedroom set, flat screen HDTV and an En Suite bath with gracious tiled walk-in shower and double vanities.

The third level is the Queen En Suite. Graced with plenty of privacy, this generous space features a built-in window seat. Curl up with your book or your iPad and enjoy a few moments of solitude. Just imagine having a whole floor to yourself!

A screened porch holds a soothing hot tub that will surely take away any remaining stress. What could be better than sitting in the hot tub on a cool Outer Banks evening, feeling the bubbling jets work their magic? A grill and an outdoor seating area also round out the first level.

This property has 4 parking spots for guests. Enjoy a convenient 2-car carport.

As part of the Corolla Light community, you and your group enjoy access to the many fabulous amenities. The resort encompasses 240 acres and is considered be the most family-friendly resort on the Outer Banks. Corolla Light is home to some of the best beaches anywhere on the Outer Banks and they are patrolled by lifeguards during the summer season. Guests must pick up wristbands for access to amenities at the Corolla Light Sportsplex. NOTE: The Corolla Light indoor pool and spa will be closed until the end of April 2024 for refurbishment. The entire Sports Center will be closed from January through March.

The three air-conditioned Corolla Light trolleys run every 20-25 minutes during the summer season. Getting around the resort is so easy! Just pick up the trolley at one of the designated stops and off you go! If you're headed to the oceanfront complex, you'll enjoy basketball, volleyball and shuffleboard courts while you're there.

For those seeking a more natural experience, visit the quiet sound side and take a walk along the mile + sound front nature trail. The sunsets off the two piers are glorious and not to be missed. Don't forget your workout routine at our Sports Center or enjoy a game of tennis on one the 10 tennis courts. At the end of the day, indulge yourself and your family to dinner and drinks at the award-winning Ocean Front Grille.

Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days.**
