This beautiful, private home is located within walking distance of the white sugar sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, many local shops and restaurants.

This luxurious, home features quality furnishings, porcelain tile flooring throughout and high end granite and marble counter tops.The home has an open floor plan which allows for three private bedroom suite areas. The gourmet eat in kitchen has a large center island that opens to a comfortable family room featuring the latest entertainment devices. The formal living room has a baby grand piano and a featured fireplace for northern vacationers who may desire a touch of home during season. A stunning formal dining room provides seating for eight with one wall of expansive sliding glass doors that open to the lanai. There are three beautifully decorated bedrooms and a fully equipped office that does double duty as a fourth bedroom via a comfortable, euro-slat full size Murphy bed. Fantastic rental

From the moment we arrived, this rental was a gem. The owners, Barbara and Richard, greeted us at the door, showed us around the spotlessly clean home, and then drove us to the community beach and the supermarket.

We made use of all 3 bedrooms and the Murphy bed in the office, which my adult son used and said was very comfortable. The layout is spacious, and the 3 bathrooms are large - at least by our NYC standards - and comfortable. We had a bunch of relatives who live in Naples over on Christmas Eve, and we all fit comfortably around the large dining room table.

The house is fully equipped: beach towels for the wonderful private pool in the backyard, fully screened in so no mosquitos; spare bath towels & sheets; and the best equipped kitchen, recently renovated, that I've ever seen. Unlike other house rentals I've been in, there were plenty of plates, silverware, wine glasses, pots and pans, utensils and the stuff that's sometimes missing from a rental house, like a salad spinner or a blender. Actually, my family joked about how many gadgets and appliances there were, an entire armoire filled with stuff like a Kitchen Aid mixer, a water carbonator, and things I wouldn't even know how to use. (Barbara, the owner, says she loves to cook, and it shows.)

The washer and dryer in the pantry were easy to use, and the pantry was filled with teas, spices, baking supplies (which I used to make some chocolate chip cookies one night), canned goods, tomato sauce and more.

The neighborhood was quiet and centrally located. Just a 5 minute drive down to the 5th Ave shopping area, 10 minutes to the Naples Pier, a 5 minute drive to the pretty community beach, 20 minutes to the Botanical Garden (worth a visit), and about 1/2 hour to Marco Island.

We highly recommend this house rental.

Beautiful Home Close to Beach and Downtown

Beautiful home on a quiet upscale street. Everything was first class. We loved lounging by the pool, days at the private beach, unique shopping on 5th Ave., gourmet dinners on 3rd St. and visiting the usual sightseeing attractions. We will return to this luxurious and comfortable home next year.
