This beautifully updated apartment is part of a triplex on a quiet, residential street only a few blocks east of a major thoroughfare, La Cienega Blvd., taking you north to Beverly Hills & south to the 10 Frwy. The 10 Frwy easily accesses you to Santa Monica Beach (west) & Downtown L.A. (east), wherever you need or want to go.

Why be stuck in the middle of one place, when you can have peace & quiet during rest time and have the option of entertainment in all directions? This apartment offers you that.

We've recently updated this home w/new floors, bathroom, paint & moldings, brand new stainless steel appliances for your kitchen, new furnishings in all rooms. There's a queen size bedroom set in the master w/a new very comfortable pillow-top mattress, plus the room is large enough that we've included a love-seat. In the 2nd bedroom we have a full size set also w/a new comfie pillow-top mattress.

All bedding (including quilts and comforters) along with bathroom linens are stocked cleaned for each and every new arrival.

I love this property as when I walk inside I feel like this is my home.

Most activities in Los Angeles are on the Westside and Downtown L.A., including Santa Monica, Century City, Beverly Hills, and West Hollywood. This home offers you easy driving access to all locations, plus the peace and quiet you need after a long day of activities, sightseeing, shopping, business meetings, etc. You'll love this home.

My current occupants have been there on an extended stay and expect to leave at the end of the month. They love it and are happy they chose it.

For getting around and if you're not renting a car, most people are using Uber (310.869.4077).

What makes this apartment unique

I love the open space, large rooms and windows galore, and I think you'll love it too.

I'm still adding new items to the place, like new artwork, accent tables, etc.

Starr Adamyan, the manager, was the most efficient, professional and warm host I've ever encountered on my years of staying in vacation rentals. Starr was alaways Calm, Cool, Collected with her beautiful flow & grace riding out each wave. She really made my stay a pure respice I needed. Starr took the time to accomodate every single one of my needs. She really took the time to truly listen to my requests as a guest. I genuinely felt right at home here. I was deeply appreciative with the extra love of details & attention I was given over my week stay!

What I enjoyed most about this particular 2 bedroom is how incredibly spacious it was with a very homey feel. I felt a flow throughout the rental and I was really able to make space for all my belongings very comfortably. The spared no expense in providing very comfortable furnishings. From the huge plush beds to the table top space in the living and dining rooms. I would 100% come back again and plan to again very soon and would without hesitation recommend this special rental to friends and family. The location is superb and accessible to all the restaurants and happenings in the heart of west hollywood and literally less than a few minutes from Beverly Hills. Starr, the manager's professional and attentiveness was such a breath of fresh air. There wasn't a moment she wasn't accessible to me when I needed her to be. I also loved that they kept the old charm of the home, but upgraded it with a sleek modern design. The roomiest kitchen with stainless frig and lots of countertop space for cooking. I love the retro pink tile bathroom, so much charm!! Thank you Starr for making my stay highly enjoyable, effortless, and convenient. I will definitely be staying here again and will definitely pass you on to all my friends!!!
