An oasis of calm in the heart of the city. This bright ground floor corner flat outlooks the Water of Leith across to St Marks Park. Close to excellent local amenities and within easy reach of the City Centre. Set within landscaped communal grounds with private residents parking.

There are two large bedrooms (one with en-suite) and a comfortable sofa-bed in the living room. The living room has double glass doors leading to a patio which

Nice place and very near everything

There was a real lack of many things that in the states we take for granted. Things that I felt should have been there. There were only 3 coffee cups and 4 water glasses? No extra blankets, Zero wash cloths!!!!! ration of one towel per person and no hand towels. No Kleenex or garbage cans in any rooms except the kitchen. The internet did not work at all. There was very little toilet paper so be prepared.

The owner showed up with two glasses and two spoons for the guests that were coming in a week and removed the toilet paper that was in the storage area. Not sure if she was delivering something or invading our privacy.

Nice apartment in good location

Apartment is nice, clean and well located. Close to bus stops, restaurants, coffee shops and grocery store.

Would be nice to have kitchen towels, more bathroom towels, paper towels, coffee and laundry detergent (things that most travelers do not bring on a trip) and a trash can in 2nd bathroom. Bed Pillows are very flat, and had to unplug strong air fresheners (put in closet) due to allergies.

Clean neat and perfect

We stayed there as a group of 5. Keiko met us early on the day we arrived and let us check in early - the rooms were clean the location convenient for walking everywhere and great if you have a car. My only suggestion would be for them to provide more than one towel per person and more than 3 rolls of toilet paper.
