We are natives of New Mexico, growing up in Santa Fe and familiar with the nuances of the city, and the surrounding environs. We are avid gourmet "foodies" and enjoy sharing these experiences with others.
Stephanie Fine purchased this house in 2013
I grew up in Santa Fe, and while I live and work in Albuquerque, I have always retained a special place in my heart for Santa Fe. I treasure owning a piece of this city and look forward to retiring here someday. In the mean time I wish to share this special property and the experience it has to offer.
This property has ALL the features I appreciate when envisioning my perfect Santa Fe retreat. It has the original beams, some of which have been exposed to view when the pitched roof was converted to one open ceiling area. The 1500 square ft footprint is just large enough to accommodate several guests, but is definitely cozy.
S. and R. were the perfect couple in terms of clarity of communication, the level of cleanliness with which they left the house, their obvious enjoyment of all things Santa Fe, and a delightful social hour with the two of them. They truly enjoyed our city and home. We appreciate that.
The location drew me to this adobe style home with complete renovation of everything modern inside.Everything you could possibly need was there for you to use.Simplistic, non cluttered with warmth to make you feel completely relaxed. Many early morning walks to find one after another historical sites along the quite streets. To go back to the areas with my friends during the day that were full of people only walking distance from this home.Canyon Street a hop skip away with galleries and El Farol on a Saturday evening a must.Locals and music.Overall it was the perfect place to stay.
Can't think of one thing I would complain about this place. Very unique and plenty of light in the kitchen! Walking distance to Plaza but far enough away to be "away" from the Plaza. As well as close to multiple trailheads.
As a VRBO owner of another property I was was very impressed with the property. In a small, but very adequate space, everything we needed for our stay was thoughtfully provided. It fit 4 people comfortably and put us in walking distance to the Plaza and Canyon Road. The kitchen is terrific and the beds, linens, and bathrooms were excellent. Stephanie Fine, the owner, was a joy to deal with and made sure our trip was truly enjoyable.
This fully-stocked adobe was a perfect retreat for a couples week in Santa Fe. Conveniently nestled just off the main Paseo, this lovely, lilac-gated gem was a short walk to the Canyon Road galleries, and a super short car ride to the plaza area. We caught ourselves wanting to come back home to spend time sipping wine on the back patio in the patio.
We will be returning. Thank you for a lovely stay!
Nice home in quiet Eastside location, well equipped, met all needs.
As a family of 4 we really enjoyed staying at this location. It was convenient to Canyon road and walking distance to the town plaza. It was so great to be centrally located. Everything in the property was clean and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We all slept great on the beds and it was the best place possible to stay for our visit. Stephanie followed up with great communication and emails before arriving.
A haven for art lovers and history buffs! There are multiple locations both within town and short drives around Santa Fe that give visitors insight into the local culture and history including Bandalier National Monument, the Santa Fe Trail wheel ruts, Acoma Pueblo "Sky City", and many in-town museums and galleries.
