The setting of this house is beautiful!
It’s like a little piece of heaven at this house. The house has everything you need and it could not be in a more beautiful location. Quiet, and relaxing
So glad you enjoyed your stay!
Loved our stay.
My daughter and mom were with me on a 5 day/4 night stay. The cabin was clean and very well stocked. We wanted for nothing. The weather was cool (which we also really enjoyed). The water was so clear and beautiful too. Lois (owner) gave a great recommendation for a restaurant/bar and we liked that too. She also checked in to make sure we didn't need anything. We took a trip to Drummond Island, took walks along the beach (just down the road a bit) and walks down the quiet paths around the cabin. We all hope to rent this place again. Just what we were looking for....quiet, peaceful and beautiful. Cannot wait to go back! Thank you, Lois!
Thank you. I hope to see you again soon! Lois
I love this place!
Thank you, Lois!
We thoroughly enjoyed this cabin! It gave us such an in-the-woods feel! The cabin was plenty big enough for the 6 of us and we didn't even use the extra room much at all. The kids loved sleeping in the loft, which has 3 single beds in it. There was a bedroom downstairs for the two of us and then there is a pull out sleeper sofa in the other room, which one of our sons used. The dining room table was plenty big enough for our family of 6 to sit comfortably around it to eat and play games. The hostess has TONS of games and puzzles to enjoy. The water is so clear you can see the bottom. The kids had a blast skipping rocks on the water; unfortunately the weather was a bit cold to go swimming, otherwise the kids would have been in there constantly. Our older boys brought their kayaks. There is a canoe on hand that easily fit the other 4 of us. We went for a nice long kayak/canoe excursion out into the bay and around a couple of the coves. It was so pretty. The hostess was welcoming and gave us a guided tour of the home so we knew where everything was located. The only reason I gave the place 4 stars instead of 5 is because it has a musty smell and the additional room is a bit damp and musty from the cabin being older. Otherwise, everything was perfect for cooking, sleeping, relaxing, and having fun! We will definitely be back!!!
