I bought this property for me and my family to relax, get time away from my busy law practice and to create new memories for us all. This property is quiet and my family and I have made many memories here. Now that my children are adults, it is time for my grand children to start building their memories here too!

Lovely 31 year anniversary getaway

This was a charming,, beautiful, and peaceful place to stay. Mark's home had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We cooked delicious meals and especially enjoyed the fresh herb garden. The home is well cared-for and within easy walking distance of everything. We plan on returning to Avalon in the future and would definitely want to stay at Mark's place again.

Great location!

We had a great time staying in this condo with a great location! Very easy to walk from the ferry and to all of Avalon from this location. Mark Tasca was extremely helpful with how to get to and from the house. When we arrived it was very clean, but the smell of chemicals was so strong we had to leave all the windows and doors open for the first two days to get the smell of pinesol out! It was a bit overwhelming.

The bedrooms, bathrooms, BBQ, new oven and washer/dryer were great. Space could use a few more bowls and drinking glasses. Some of the frying pans were burned beyond repair, we found one good one to use. We used the DVD player and all the movies that were in the house were so fun! It was nice and quiet on the street. The backyard with beautiful orange hibiscus and palm trees with birds chirping made for a relaxing weekend. Overall, we really enjoyed it and would totally stay again! We had a lovely weekend. Thank you!!

ANOTHER GREAT TIME!!!

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this condo. It is a real treat and a great price. This particular location has a back yard with a grill and patio seating. It is wonderful to spend mornings on the patio and listen to the sounds of gas powered golf carts and woodpeckers in the palm trees. this time we brought 6 people total. They now have a very comfortable couch that turns into a bed downstairs in the living room. Everything is within walking distance from the condo. We had a marvelous time and will stay here again.

Home Away from Home

It is a quick 10-minute walk (no hills) from the Avalon Harbor to this cute and very spacious home in Avalon. The place was super clean, the bedrooms big, and backyard perfect for our family of four. The kitchen provides all the basics in new appliances such as microwave, coffee machine, oven, gas stove and large refrigerator. We were happy to see a brand new BBQ in the backyard filled with propane and ready for us to use. We highly recommend this place for its convenience to the Avalon waterfront, museum, shops, restaurants, and super great price!

Cute property decorated in the theme of the island. Perfect space for a family vacation.

A beautiful place to relax and unwind. This vacation home was very conveniently located to everything. 5 minute walk to the boat and less time to shopping and restaurants. This home is perfectly sized, it’s very clean and inviting. Home away from home. We had a wonderful time exploring the island and it’s history. The locals are all very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying here at Mark’s home, we had a wonderful vacation. Thank you Mark for sharing your home with us.

Perfect property for a weekend getaway!

Property is perfect for a weekend getaway! We had 5 girls staying here for the weekend, and we never once felt cramped. Two bathrooms, one downstairs with full shower, makes it easy to get ready with multiple people. Super close to all of the shops and restaurants, less than a 5 minute walk.
