After check in, we interact as much or as little as desired by each Guest, but we are available via phone, text and/or email if and when needed, and 24/7 for urgent matters. We also send occasional communications to guests about events and/or community news and happenings, as applicable.

Great location. Kitchen well stocked with the essentials
Clean House. Quiet neighbors. All the essentials for cooking and eating are in great working order. Kuerig coffee pot and regular Mr Coffee pot. Nice that they left filters in the cabinet and some coffee! If I could change one thing it would be to add a chair or two with a small table in the upstair area near the washer and dryer. That app to unlock door worked for us. You do have to push on the front door for the lock to move. To the lock med position because the door seal is tight. Walmart just outside the neighborhood gate. Great location. Small play ground right out the back sliding doors.
I was worried after reading the previous review but needless to say I had nothing to worry about. Beds were comfortable, space was perfect. Exactly as marketed. I received the checkout procedures in my inbox around 2:30am the night before my stay so I didn’t see them until after we left the house. That would be my only feedback: send those procedures sooner. Access in and out of the house with the app was easy. Responsive staff for the rental. The dishes provided were perfect for the cooking I wanted to do. Distance to the Disney parks was perfect. If I go back I would absolutely try to reserve the same place.
This was a last minute trip so our rental options were limited. We decided to rent this place based on the comparison of photos and reviews to other vacation rentals. Upon arrival I noticed the quality of the furniture and appliances was not the best. I get it, you get what you pay for. Let's start with the living room. The couch is hard & uncomfortable & only sits 3. The back cushions would collapse & not hold their shape, maybe the couch has been used a lot? Or maybe it needs to be replaced. The single chairs were nice & I found myself (momma) using them to sit back & relax after a long day.
The kitchen had some issues that maybe they were resolved after we left. On the 3rd day we noticed the ice maker was making some loud & banging noises whenever we wanted to get ice. Like I said, the issue was not resolved while we were there but it was not a big deal since we always had cold beverages with us.
I have a high end dishwasher in my home so I have no idea why I couldn't get this dishwasher to run. User error, maybe? But my husband was able to get it working. I did notice that the inside of the dishwasher was all plastic. It's not a deal breaker since you're spending most of your day at Disney but I'm a mom & I notice stuff like this.
Now for the bedrooms. The bunk beds are located next, and I mean next, to the entrance, on the first floor. The two master bedrooms are on the second floor. Not a good layout if you have little kids. The beds seemed like a full size. My husband & I are big people & our arms were always touching when we were in bed. This doesn't happen in a king size bed. The sheets are low quality & you can verify the brand in the closet next to the laundry. The mattress was not comfortable, it was not plush & soft, it was the opposite of that.
You have to play with the dryer settings. Some settings take longer than others. Specially if it saves energy, the cycle will last twice as long. Now the bathtub is an issue if you are short. It seems to be elevated since the edge of the bathtub was almost at the same height as my knees (I'm 5ft2in). I had to be careful going in and out and had to hold on to the the towel holder.
Finally, and most important, is the app that opens & closes the door. We were told to use the app only to check-in and check-out. So what's the point of the app? Right.
We had to carry keys with us every time we left the house. And my husband told me that you have to pull the door forward in order to lock it.
Thank you for staying with us but i do not think the property earned a 2-star. At $100/night you can not beat this location and unit for 6 people. We will review the your comments are address the areas that might need to be fixed like the loud ice maker, however the the appliances are brand new. Bedrooms do have queen beds not king and our ad does not say king.
As the our check-in notes do say to only use the App for checkin and use the three sets of keys during your stay. The bed are queen not kind and we do not say they are king.
