Our 4BR Village Walk House has access to the Village Walk community pool, and is ideally located just a couple minute drive from the beach and a short five minute drive from everything in Port A! Inside the ground floor you'll find the great room - one of two living rooms with an open floorplan, stunning wood slat ceilings and stained concrete floors. There is plenty of seating on the over-stuffed leather couches, views of the backyard, and a large flat-screen TV. The dining and kitchen area continues the open layout where you'll find a unique hand-made dining table for eight, and a kitchen equipped with modern stainless steel appliances, open shelves, and even a small kegerator!
The master bedroom is also located on the ground floor and comes with a queen bed and mounted flat screen TV. The master bathroom has large walk-in shower and over-sized vanity. There is also an additional half-bathroom on the first floor. The entire home is rented out as one unit, with the upstairs and downstairs being two separate, self-contained areas each with their kitchens! This offers a ton of space and privacy, while still enabling everyone in your group to be together. The second floor, referred to as the Carriage House, offers a second living space with wood floors, comfortable couches, dining space for four, and even a small kitchenette. Upstairs you'll find three more bedrooms – the first offers a bunk bed with a twin on top and full bed on bottom plus a TV. The second upstairs room is a huge open room with a queen bed and a baby crib. The third upstairs room is furnished with a queen sized bed along with a sofa sleeper.
You'll love the yard as much as the interior of the home. Outside there is an enclosed patio with chairs, a fire-pit, and a charcoal BBQ. Upstairs there is a deck just off the second-floor living room. When you're not at the beach you can also enjoy the two community pools only a few steps away from the house.
Our Village Walk house is just a short drive from everything in Port A. If you forgot something, the IGA grocery store is minutes away where you pick up just about anything you’ll need. Head over to the Port Aransas Nature Preserve where you can hike and bike! It’s just an eight minute drive, and there are special programs for the kids too! Take one of the many fishing excursions and have Castaways Seafood Grill cook up your catch. You are also less than a thirty minute drive to the new Schlitterbahn!
Parking is restricted to three vehicles and all must be parked on the property. The vehicles must be parked behind the home. If you plan to rent a golf cart during your stay, that will count as one of your three vehicles. TurnKey will provide three parking passes. Parking Passes must be visible and in the vehicle for the duration of your stay. No Boat or RV Parking.
