Perfect home for a large group or family who wants to get away! Our home has 4 bedrooms (2 are master suites,) a loft with sofa, a pack and play and a sofa in the living room. There is a Ring camera doorbell at our home. Unfortunately, we cannot rent to parties under the age of 25 per the homeowners association guidelines. No pets. *All summer rentals are Friday to Friday.* The house would be most comfortable with 8 guests although we can accommodate up to 10 people.

Built in 2004, this finely appointed townhouse is centrally located just off of Route 1 near the famous Rehoboth Beach outlets. Our home had a little face lift in late 2022, freshly painted and some upgrades throughout. The complex has a pool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day) and tennis court and is only 1 mile to beach. Walk, bike, drive to all the beach has to offer!! All the convenience and comforts you want on your family vacation. Be assured that your family will want to return year after year to stay in this comfortable family friendly beach vacation home. This two-story twin home and provides 2000 square feet of living area. The Keys of Marsh Harbor is a community of single and twin homes that brings a sense of the Florida Keys to the Rehoboth Beach area. This innovatively designed beach community features a COMMUNITY POOL, PERFECT FOR A QUICK DIP OR ALL DAY RELAXATION, tennis court and beautifully landscaped grounds with ornamental grass, flowering trees and a pond at the entrance. It is quiet and peaceful. This community is very convenient to almost all of the local attractions. We are conveniently located off Route 1 in Rehoboth behind Jungle Jim's Water park, a wonderful attraction. We are located right off of Route One below the outlet shopping centers and just one mile to the beach/boardwalk. Getting to the beach is a very easy and quick drive or from Memorial day to Labor day there is a bus that picks up next door to our neighborhood which means you no longer have have to worry about parking. This bus can take you to the beach, movies, outlets or many other locations. Shuttles depart routinely, every 15- 20 minutes to most locations and run from early morning til late evening. With this option, your group can split up and travel when and where they please.
GRILL - Important
We have had multiple renters not pull the grill away from the house, the grill MUST be pulled to the edge of the yard. This has resulted in melting the siding on the house which is no longer available in the same color. There is also a gas meter and fence area that should be avoided. IT IS IMPERATIVE YOU PULL THE GRILL OUT TO THE EDGE OF THE GRASS 6 FEET AWAY FROM ANYTHING ON THE HOUSE EVERYTIME YOU USE IT. ANY DAMAGE CAUSED FROM HEAT TO THE EXTERIOR OF THE HOUSE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE TENANT’S DEPOSIT.
