I am a life time Hudson valley resident, local buisiness man and enterpreneur.
Bob purchased this Cottage in 2004
Why Bob chose Clintondale
This property is in a great location, has a practical, and efficient layout that I helped to create in a 2004 renovation when I purchased it. Now that my kids are off to college, I no longer need the space full time, and this medium of rental fits my life nicely. It is my hope people from all over can enjoy this wonderful area in a warm comfortable atmosphere as I have with my family.
What makes this Cottage unique
My home offers a peaceful space far out enough, yet anywhere in no time. The neighborhood is full of kind friendly people that wave and greet each other warmly, look out for one another family, and mind to themselves. The home is also set aside my own private 25 acre apple orchard with 2 ponds down below for fishing, kayaking, or just skipping rocks. A healthy walk to the top you will find majestic views of the full Shawangunk mountain range to the Catskills, and the sleepy old post card town I call home. Here in season you can also pick the best apples mother nature will provide.
Great free standing home on a quiet country road. Very neat and tidy with nice kitchen.
We had a great time in Clintondale at Bob's place. For us, conveniently located near our favorite apple place, Wilklow Orchards in highland which this year added local yummy food cart, live music on weekends and an outdoor bar to serve their local brew, Bad Seed. Also just 29 minutes from beautiful waterfalls, hiking and vistas of Minnewaska State Park. Bob was very generous with his advice and his own well kept apple orchards and pond are just across the street! Nesting birds and beautiful trees out the kitchen window too!
Cozy cottage wa perfect for our family.
Very clean and charming cottage in the woods. Robert was an attentive host.
Clean and cozy property in a quiet neighborhood.
Nice property. Spotless kitchen and a nice den. Very quiet area. Walking distance to one of the best restaurants in the area, Gunk Haus.
We stayed here and really enjoyed our stay. The house is nice and clean and in a great area. The owner is really helpful and responsive. I highly recommend staying here.
Clean house, pleasant stay
I’ve rented this house several times in the past few years. It is always very clean and neat and has become my go-to rental when I visit the area. Nothing fancy here, but the house does have just about everything you will need. I love being able to bring my two small dogs with me so i don’t have to hire a sitter. Bob is very accommodating and easy to work with.
Description not accurate
The description says there is a fireplace, which does not work. And it says there is cable TV, and there only a handful of channels (and no ESPN). Other than that the place is fine - functional but not a lot of charm which you can tell from the pictures
